Spinning reel
A first seal member is disposed forward of a one-way clutch so as to prevent water intrusion into the one-way clutch. A second seal member is disposed forward of the first seal member so as to prevent water intrusion into the one-way clutch. Further, the second seal member has a first inner peripheral surface disposed with a gap from an outer peripheral surface of a tubular portion. The first inner peripheral surface facing the outer peripheral surface of a tubular portion. At least either of the first inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion has water-repellent properties.
LINE ROLLER
A line roller includes a cylindrical guide member including a guide surface on an outer perimeter for guiding a fishing line, an axle bearing member rotatably supporting an inner perimeter surface of the guide member, and a support member supporting the axle bearing member. The axle bearing member includes an inner ring supported by the support member, an outer ring integrally rotatable with the guide member, a rolling body disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a grease holding unit holding water-repellent grease between the inner ring and the outer ring.
LINE ROLLER AND SPINNING REEL FOR FISHING HAVING SAME
A line roller for guiding the fishing line onto a spool of a spinning reel for fishing includes a cylindrical guide member including a guide surface for guiding the fishing line on the outer perimeter, an axle bearing member that rotatably supports an inner perimeter surface of the guide member, a support member that supports the axle bearing member, and a grease holding unit that forms a space leading from the axle bearing member to the guide member and that holds a water-repellent grease in the space.
LINE ROLLER
A line roller for guiding a fishing line to a spool of a spinning reel includes a bearing member rotatable about a rotational axis. The line roller also includes a guide member disposed outside the bearing member in a radial direction from the rotational axis. The guide member includes a holding portion and a body. The holding portion is made of a metal or a ceramic. The holding portion is to hold a fishing line. The holding portion extends in a circumferential direction centered about the rotational axis. The body includes a resin, and a guide surface for leading the fishing line to the holding portion.
Fishing reel and corrosion member mounted on fishing reel
According to the present disclosure, in a fishing reel that comprises component members of various types arranged in a reel body, winds up a fishing line around a spool, and releases the fishing line that has been wound up around the spool, the component members are arranged in a contact state or a proximity state, the component members comprising different types of materials that are different in a raw material, and a corrosion member is attachably/detachably arranged on the component members in a conductive state, the corrosion member having a potential difference that is greater than the potential difference between the component members comprising the different types of materials.
FISHING REEL
Various embodiments provide a fishing reel having a light-weight, compact and easy-to-assemble magnetic seal mechanism which allows greater freedom in material selection of the rotating member. A fishing reel according to one embodiment comprises a rotating body rotatably supported via a ball bearing and a magnetic seal mechanism for sealing the ball bearing. In one aspect, the magnetic seal mechanism comprises a magnet disposed in parallel with either a magnetic inner or outer ring of the ball bearing, and magnetic fluid disposed between the magnet and said inner or outer ring, magnetic fluid being retained by a magnetic circuit formed therebetween to seal space defined between the magnet and said inner or outer ring.
MAGNETIC SEAL DEVICE AND FISHING REEL INCLUDING THE SEAL DEVICE
A magnetic seal device that includes a magnetic sleeve having a cylindrical body that and fits on an outer peripheral surface of a rotatable shaft, a ring shaped magnet being arranged radially outwardly from an outer peripheral surface of the magnetic sleeve with a gap, and a magnetic circuit formed between the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic sleeve and the ring shaped magnet. A magnetic fluid is maintained at the gap. The magnetic sleeve includes a groove arranged circumferentially around the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic sleeve, and a flange extending radially outwardly from and circumferentially around the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic sleeve. The flange has a diameter that is larger than a diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the magnetic sleeve.
Spinning reel for fishing
A spinning reel for fishing includes: a reel body including a front portion; a handle provided in the reel body; a cap-shaped cover body including a surrounding wall mounted in the front portion of the reel body; a spool on which a fishing line is to be wound; a rotor including a fishing line guide part, the rotor being rotated by the rotational manipulation of the handle to wind the fishing line on the spool; a driving part passing through the cover body and transmitting the rotation of the handle to the rotor; a support part provided in the front portion of the reel body and supporting the driving part; and a magnetic seal device mounted in the cover body and including a magnet, a cylindrical magnetic body forming a magnetic circuit between the magnetic body and the magnet and magnetic fluid maintained between the magnet and the magnetic ring.
Fishing line protector
Fishing line protectors are provided that are configured to attach to the foot of a fly fishing reel. The fishing line protectors include a base piece that has a first end, a second end opposite the first end, an inner side and an outer side. The fishing line protectors also include a first leg connected to the inner side of the base piece at the first end that extends away from the base piece and terminates in a first knob at a first distal end of the first leg, and a second leg connected to the inner side of the base piece at the second end that extends away from the base piece and terminates in a second knob at a second distal end of the second leg.
Fishing spinning reel
A fishing spinning reel according to the present disclosure has a pinion that is rotationally driven by a rotation operation of a handle rotatably supported on a reel body, a rotor comprising a boss portion that is fixed to the pinion by a fixing structure, and a one-way clutch that is disposed on the pinion and comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, and a holder holding a plurality of rolling members. The fixing structure has a cylindrical member that is a separate member from the inner ring and comprises a first abutting portion covering the boss portion and abutting on the rotor, and a second abutting portion that is located on a radially inner side of the first abutting portion and abuts on a distal end of the inner ring.
