METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CORRECTING PHYSICAL SLIP AND WEAR COEFFICIENT OF CLUTCH
A method and apparatus for correcting a physical slip and wear coefficient of a clutch comprising obtaining a torque difference according to a positional relation between an engine and the clutch; obtaining a correction weight value corresponding to an engine torque according to the torque difference; and correcting the physical slip and wear coefficient according to the correction weight value and a running-in state of the clutch. The method relates to obtaining a torque difference in real time by means of a positional relation between the engine and the clutch in a manner corresponding to the positional relation, obtaining a correction weight value corresponding to the engine torque according to the torque difference, and further correcting the physical slip and wear coefficient by combining the correction weight value and a running-in state of the clutch.
Coupling arrangement for a gearbox
The invention relates to a coupling arrangement for a gearbox, comprising a coupling sleeve, which is axially displaceable between a first and second position, a first and second rotatable element, which are connectable and disconnectable to each other by means of the coupling sleeve, an electrical machine connected to one of the first and second rotatable element, and a position indicator device for detecting the angular position of a rotor of the electrical machine. The position indicator device also is arranged to detect the axial position of the coupling sleeve.
CLUTCH CONTROL DEVICE
This clutch control device includes an engine (13), a transmission gear (21), a clutch device (26), a clutch actuator (50), a control unit (60), a control parameter sensor (58), a clutch operator (4b), and a clutch operation amount sensor (4c), wherein the control unit (60) is configured to enable intervention of a manual clutch operation according to the clutch operator (4b) during automatic control of the clutch device (26) according to the clutch actuator (50), and the control unit (60) is configured to set a control target value of a clutch capacity to a connection preparation target value (Py) acquired by causing an operation target value (Pv) corresponding to an amount of operation of the clutch operator (4b) to approach a disconnection determination value (Pz) in a case in which a control parameter detected by the control parameter sensor (58) reaches the disconnection determination value (Pz) set in advance at a time of performing a clutch disconnection operation through intervention of the manual clutch operation.
GENERATOR DISCONNECT COUPLINGS
A method of disconnecting a generator from a source of mechanical rotation includes receiving a generator disconnect command and receiving a rotational position of a generator input member. The input member rotational angle is compared to the target disconnect angle range, and a determination made whether to disconnect the input member from a generator drive member based on the comparison.
System, method, and apparatus for operating a high efficiency, high output transmission
A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing includes a single external power access for the shift actuator. A controller interprets controls the shift actuator with actuating and opposing pulses, and interprets a shaft displacement angle, determines if the transmission is in an imminent zero or zero torque region, and performs a transmission operation in response to the transmission in the imminent zero or zero torque region.
Angle-measuring device for a rotationally driven linear actuator
An angle-measuring device is provided for a rotationally-driven linear actuator, which can be implemented into a clutch actuator. A rotor element has an axis of rotation and rotates concentrically with a rotor of a rotary drive for an axially movable linear actuator element. A measurement magnet arrangement is fixed relative to the rotor element and has a polarization. The polarization is oriented in such a way that the magnetic field lines can change with a rotation of the rotor element so as to enable the angle to be precisely determined from at least one measurement position. At one location, a 360-degree sensor is provided for measuring angular positions based on the measurement magnet arrangement. At another location, a revolution-counting sensor is provided for counting a number of revolutions carried out based on the measurement magnet arrangement.
Method for coupling a steam turbine and a gas turbine at a desired differential angle using a setpoint acceleration
A method for coupling a rotating device, in particular a steam turbine, and a shaft device, in particular a gas turbine, having the following steps: detecting a differential angle between the shaft device and the rotating device; detecting a differential speed between the shaft device and the rotating device; predicting a coupling angle at which the rotating device and the shaft device would be coupled if the rotating device were accelerated with a known acceleration up to the start of the coupling-in; comparing the predicted coupling angle with a target coupling angle, and calculating therefrom a setpoint acceleration such that the predicted coupling angle matches the target coupling angle.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING AN OPERATING POINT OF A HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR ARRANGEMENT
A method for adjusting an operating point of a hydraulic actuator arrangement, in which a volumetric flow source is connected to a hydraulic cylinder via a pressure line which is filled with a hydraulic fluid, wherein a volume of the hydraulic fluid is regulated via the volumetric flow source and the operating point corresponds to a position of the actuator arrangement for a predefined parameter of a device which is to be actuated by the actuator arrangement, wherein the volume of the hydraulic fluid which is required to adjust the operating point is derived from a rotational position of a volumetric flow source motor and/or the volumetric flow source. In a method which facilitates a reliable start of the volume determination, a volume determination is started by means of a rotary angle regulation at a predefined pressure, wherein the predefined pressure is lower than a system pressure.
