The invention discloses a precision fixture for improving the balance precision of a wheel, comprising a chuck, a base, a servo motor, a lower pressure plate, a rubber strip, steel balls, an upper pressure plate, a mounting plate, a connecting shaft, a shaft sleeve, a hydraulic cylinder, a bearing end cover, bearings, a guard, an expanding core, expanding flaps, a flange plate, springs, pins, a flange, a connecting shaft and limiting columns. The fixture can meet the requirement for improving the balance precision of a wheel, at the same time, has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient manufacture, stable performance and precision that can meet the machining requirement, and can meet the requirements of automatic production.
BALANCE GEAR WITH A SHOT DAMPER
An engine system has a balance gear coupled to a balance shaft. The balance gear is formed by a disc having first and second opposite sides extending radially outwardly to a circumferential edge defining a series of teeth, with a first sector of the disc having a first aperture therethrough, and a second opposite sector of the disc having a second aperture therethrough. A damper is positioned within the second aperture and extends across the disc. The damper has a container enclosing a plurality of particles therein. Opposed ends of the container are outboard of the first and second sides of the disc. A method of forming the balance gear is also provided.

An orbital shaker with a balancing device that automatically and passively compensates, without supply of external energy, forces and moments which are caused by imbalance and arise during operation, in particular as a result of a possible variable loading (mass, geometry of the containers, properties of the contents) and variable operating parameters (speed of rotation and shaking radius). The balancing device can be designed such that only the unbalance forces (static balancing) and/or the unbalance moments (dynamic balancing) are compensated.
TIRE PRESSURE DETECTOR WITH WHEEL BALANCING FUNCTION AND WHEEL BALANCING SYSTEM THEREOF
A tire pressure detector disposed at a wheel, wherein the wheel includes a rim and a tire mounted around the rim, with a pressure space formed between the tire and the rim. The rim includes an air tap connected with the pressure space. The tire pressure detector includes a main body movably disposed in the pressure space and provided with a housing space, and a detection module disposed in the housing space. The detection module further includes a sensing unit for sensing the air pressure in the pressure space and producing a pressure signal. A central processing unit of the detection module receives the pressure signal and wirelessly transmits the pressure signal through the wireless transmission unit. Therefore, vibration and waving issue due to imbalance weight is avoided, thus balancing the wheel.
WHEEL BALANCER WITH WIRELESS HANDLE
A wheel clamping system, for reversibly clamping a motor vehicle wheel with a rim onto a wheel servicing machine, includes a handle for acting on a rim of the wheel mounted on a rotatable spindle. The handle has a coupling surface for engaging with clamping jaws of a pull rod when the clamping jaws are open. The handle includes a force detecting device for determining an amount of force exerted by the handle on the rim of the wheel, and a signal emitter operatively connected to the force detecting device. The signal emitter is configured to wirelessly transmit a control signal to a signal receiver of the wheel balancer operatively connected to an actuator causing axial movement of the pull rod when the determined amount of force reaches a predefined threshold, such that the actuator is actuated and the wheel clamping system performs a reversible clamping operation.
METHOD AND APPARATUS TO PROVIDE DYNAMIC ROTATIONAL HARMONIC CENTER OF MOMENT COMPENSATION FOR MANUFACTURING IMPERFECTIONS IN WHEELS
A method and apparatus for dynamically balancing a tire/wheel assembly of a motor vehicle is provided. The wheel of the tire/wheel assembly has raceways along the circumference of the wheel containing balancing media that provide dynamic rotational harmonic center of moment compensation for manufacturing imperfections. Balancing media may be solid bearings, fluid, or a combination thereof, and the balancing media moves along the raceways to certain areas of the wheel to compensate for the mass imbalances on the correspondingly opposing side of the wheel. The raceways have any combination of mathematically-described geometric cross-sectional area shapes, and the balancing media may be shaped accordingly. In another embodiment, the raceways may be noncontiguous and may have different orientations throughout the wheel. The present invention also provides sensors for real-time management of the balancing media to inform the driver of sudden changes in the state of the tire/wheel assembly.
BALANCED ROTATIONAL MACHINING
An apparatus includes a rotatable part configured to rotate about a rotational axis and an enclosed channel that is coupled to the rotatable part. The enclosed channel circumscribes the rotational axis and is configured to contain a balancing substance that is freely movable within the enclosed channel. Also, a vertical turning machine includes a spindle configured to rotate about a rotational axis, a fixture coupled to the spindle, and an enclosed channel coupled to at least one of the spindle and the fixture. The fixture includes at least one mounting feature configured to secure a workpiece to be machined to the fixture and the enclosed channel circumscribes the rotational axis. The enclosed channel may also be configured to contain a balancing substance that is freely movable within the enclosed channel.

The balance ring assembly is mounted to a liquid holding tub that is rotatable about an axis of rotation in a laundry treating appliance with the longitudinal axis coincident with the axis of rotation.
