Fishing line winder
A fishing line winder is disclosed. The line winder is combined with a line reel, so that a fishing line is sequentially reeled and unreeled. The line winder is a machine for preventing reverse winding and tangling, where a base of the fishing line winder is provided with a shaft, and a driving member drives the shaft to rotate, while a spindle is provided with a line spool, an abutment wheel and an unidirectional bearing; a resistance against the rotation of the abutment wheel is formed by means of a brake pad, thus preventing reverse winding and tangling when the fishing line is reeled onto and unreeled from the line reel.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is a fishing reel provided with a braked unit attached to a spool on which a fishing line may be wound, a braking unit that applies a braking force to the braked unit, a braking force adjustment unit that adjusts the braking force of the braking unit, a motor that drives the braking force adjustment unit, and a control unit that controls the motor, in which the control unit controls the motor to repeat forward and backward drive at a frequency in an audible range to allow the motor to generate a notification sound.
Spool brake device
The spool brake device is equipped with a brake unit, a detector, and a controller. The controller controls the braking force by the brake unit based on the rotational speed of the spool detected by the detector. When the rotational speed is less than the predetermined rotational speed, the controller controls the braking force by the brake unit in the regular braking mode. In the regular braking mode, the controller changes the braking force by the brake unit according to the rotational speed. On the other hand, when the rotational speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined rotational speed, the controller controls the braking force by the brake unit in the emergency braking mode, during the period of predetermined time. In the emergency braking mode, the controller makes the braking force by the brake unit larger than the braking force in the regular braking mode.
Dual-Bearing Reel for Fishing
A dual-bearing reel for fishing includes a drag disc non-rotatably mounted on a spool; a pinion gear collar disposed on the handle side of the drag disc and immovable in a spool shaft direction; a drag receiver disposed on the side opposite the handle and movable in the spool shaft direction in conjunction with a spool shaft; a biasing member configured to bias the drag disc and the drag receiver in a direction that separates them; a drag lever movable between a clamping position and a separation position; and a movement mechanism configured to move the spool shaft to the side opposite the handle such that the drag disc, the pinion gear collar, and the drag receiver are separated from each other, and configured to move the spool shaft to the handle side such that the pinion gear collar and the drag receiver clamp the drag disc.
Dual-bearing reel
A brake device for a dual bearing real, includes a one-way clutch, an operating member and a pressing member. The one-way clutch has an inner race, an outer race and a rolling element, and receives rotation of a spool shaft only in a fishing-line casting direction through the outer race. The outer race is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the inner race, and is rotatable with respect to a reel unit. The rolling element is disposed between the inner race and the outer race. The operating member is disposed on the outer peripheral side of an end of the spool shaft, and is engaged with the reel unit so as to be movable in a spool shaft direction. The pressing member is configured to press the outer race. The outer race is restricted from moving oppositely to the pressing member in the spool shaft direction.
SPINNING REEL FOR FISHING
A spinning reel for fishing includes a spool shaft movable in the reel body, a spool including a bobbin trunk onto which fishing line is capable of being wound and rotatably supported by the spool shaft, and a first drag mechanism having a first drag washer disposed in the forward direction forward of the bobbin trunk and configured to brake the rotation of the spool.
Dual-bearing reel and reel unit for same
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel unit, a handle, a spool, and a spool brake. The handle is rotatably mounted to the reel unit. The spool is in the reel unit, and rotates in conjunction with a rotation of the handle. The spool includes a bobbin trunk, a first flange, and a second flange. The first flange is on a first end of the bobbin trunk, and the second flange is on a second end of the bobbin trunk. The bobbin trunk includes a bored tubular part and a non-bored tubular part. The bored tubular part includes at least one hole, and the non-bored tubular part is integrated with the bored tubular part. The spool brake is in the reel unit, and can apply a braking force to the spool by applying a magnetic force to at least the non-bored tubular part.
Quick brake adjust knob of fishing reel
A quick brake adjust knob, which is disposed on an axle of a fishing reel, includes a base disc, a passive member, an elastic member, a threaded member, an active member, and a panel disc. The passive member has a first arc slope gradually approaching the outside of the knob from a first staring end thereof to a first terminal end thereof and C-shaped with a breach where a first recess is provided. The active member has a first protrusion abutted against the first arc slope or accommodated in the first recess. The panel disc is fixed to the active member and rotatable relative to the base disc. The periphery of the panel disc is joined with the periphery of the base disc. Therefore, the quick brake adjust knob can quickly and precisely control the resistance of the fishing reel to stretch out the fishing wire.
