ROTOR DRIVE UNIT WATERPROOF STRUCTURE AND SPINNING REEL
A waterproof rotor drive unit structure includes a driveshaft that rotates a rotor, a reel body, a housing member, and a lid member that supports a pinion gear so as to he rotatable around a rotational axis of the driveshaft. A first annular projection is disposed on an outer peripheral end of a rotor-facing surface of the lid member, the first projection protruding toward the rotor entirely around the rotational axis. Second and third annular projections are disposed on an inner peripheral wall of the rotor at a distance from the first annular projection in the radial direction, the second and third projections protruding toward the lid member entirely around the rotational axis. The axial gap between the distal end of the first annular projection and the inner peripheral wall is less than or equal to the axial direction dimensions of the second and third annular projections.
Dual-bearing reel
A brake device for a dual bearing real, includes a one-way clutch, an operating member and a pressing member. The one-way clutch has an inner race, an outer race and a rolling element, and receives rotation of a spool shaft only in a fishing-line casting direction through the outer race. The outer race is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the inner race, and is rotatable with respect to a reel unit. The rolling element is disposed between the inner race and the outer race. The operating member is disposed on the outer peripheral side of an end of the spool shaft, and is engaged with the reel unit so as to be movable in a spool shaft direction. The pressing member is configured to press the outer race. The outer race is restricted from moving oppositely to the pressing member in the spool shaft direction.
Drag device for a dual-bearing reel
A drag device for a dual bearing reel includes a drag device, a sound generating member, and a housing member. The drag plate is integrally rotatable with the drive shaft, and is capable of being pressed by a drag adjustment member. The drag plate includes a sound generating plate opposed to the drive gear. The sound generating member includes a head portion configured to contact the sound generating plate, and a shaft portion connected to the head portion. The sound generating member is configured to generate a sound by interference between the sound generating plate and the head portion during relative rotation between the drive gear and the drag plate. The housing member is configured to be mounted to the drive gear and includes a holding portion to hold the shaft portion of the sound generating member, and a regulating portion configured to regulate movement of the head portion.
Dual-bearing reel and reel unit for same
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel unit, a handle, a spool, and a spool brake. The handle is rotatably mounted to the reel unit. The spool is in the reel unit, and rotates in conjunction with a rotation of the handle. The spool includes a bobbin trunk, a first flange, and a second flange. The first flange is on a first end of the bobbin trunk, and the second flange is on a second end of the bobbin trunk. The bobbin trunk includes a bored tubular part and a non-bored tubular part. The bored tubular part includes at least one hole, and the non-bored tubular part is integrated with the bored tubular part. The spool brake is in the reel unit, and can apply a braking force to the spool by applying a magnetic force to at least the non-bored tubular part.
