Oil jet arm and method for lubricating chain span employing said oil jet arm, and chain tensioning device and method for lubricating chain span employing said chain tensioning device
The problem to be solved by the present invention lies in making it possible to reduce costs and to reduce the size of an oil pump, without impeding the degree of freedom in chain layout. An oil jet 1 is constructed in order to supply lubricating oil to a tension-side span of a chain C while also causing a tensioning force to act on a slack-side span of the chain C. The oil jet arm 1 is provided with a pivoting-side part 2A, and a tip-end side part 2B which is provided in such a way as to be pivotable about the pivoting-side part 2A and is acted on by a pressing force from a piston 41 of a hydraulic tensioner 4, and an oil ejection hole 22a for ejecting to the outside oil supplied from an oil discharge hole 41a in the piston 41 is formed in the tip-end side part 2B. Oil ejected from the oil ejection hole 22a is supplied to a portion E on the meshing start side with a sprocket 100 on the tension-side span of the chain C.
Tensioning device having a transport securing concept

The transport securing element (4) is provided with a support portion (5), wherein in the transport position at least one first web area (6) of the support portion (5) is in abutment with one end face (7) of the piston (3), and an additional web area (8) of the support portion (5) extending in an axial direction away from the first web area (6) is supported in the housing (2), at least in a radial direction.
Chain tensioner
Provided is a chain tensioner. The chain tensioner includes a guide member, a support member spaced apart from the guide member, and at least one first coil spring disposed between the guide member and the support member to elastically support the guide member.
Tensioning device for a chain drive
A hydraulic tensioning device for a chain device, having a housing and having a clamping piston guided displaceably in a housing bore of the housing, the clamping piston having a piston cavity with a hardened inner circumferential surface, and also having a pressure relief valve unit arranged in the piston cavity. The pressure relief valve unit (12) is a preassemblable unit and includes a spring (18), a closing body (17) and a valve seat (16) and also a receptacle (15, 26) at least partially enclosing the valve seat (16), wherein the valve seat (16) is made of a metal material, has an at least partially hardened surface and wherein the receptacle (15, 26) forms a press-fit with the inner circumferential surface of the clamping piston (3).
WINDING TRANSMISSION BODY TENSION DEVICE
A resister clip (35) includes engage portions (35a) engaging with an engage groove, a spring portion (35b) and operating portions (35c). The spring portion (35b) can be designed with a high degree of freedom in terms of a coil number of turns, a winding diameter and others and the engage portions (35a) are widened centering on the spring portion (35b), so that diameter-widening resistance can be optimized.
Valvular paths
A product for applying tension is disclosed. A block may have a first passage opening into the block. A body may have a first manifold and may be positioned against the block so that the first passage is open to the first manifold. The body may have a flow path for providing fluid from the first manifold to a second manifold and there through to a pressure chamber. The flow path may include a series of channels and may be configured to allow substantially unimpeded flow from the first manifold to the second manifold, and to impede flow from the second manifold to the first manifold. The flow path may be free of movable components.
TENSIONER AND SAFETY ENCLOSURE FOR WINDOW BLIND LOOP DRIVE
The invention relates to a tensioning device for tensioning an endless loop control element in a window blind and particularly relates to a blind operating mechanism and an endless loop blind control element for operating the blind mechanism and having ; a channel extending from an upper end to a lower end, with the endless loop blind control element enclosed within the channel; a connector supporting the upper end of the channel adjacent to the blind operating mechanism; and, the tensioning device on the lower end of the channel. The invention also discloses a narrow profile control element having a sprocket wheel with the channel, connector and tensioning device.
Hydraulic auto tensioner
A hydraulic auto-tensioner includes a cylinder, a valve sleeve, a rod, a spring seat, and a plunger slidably fitted on the outer diameter surface of the rod. A first leakage gap is defined between the fitting surfaces of the plunger and the rod. A second leakage gap is defined between the fitting surfaces of the plunger and the valve sleeve such that the resistance to oil flowing in the second leakage gap is larger than the resistance to oil flowing in the first leakage gap. With the engine running normally, when the tension of the belt increases, and thus a pushing force is applied to the hydraulic auto-tensioner such that the cylinder and the spring seat are pushed toward each other, oil in a pressure chamber leaks through the first leakage gap into a reservoir chamber.
Accessory drive tensioner with improved arrangement of tensioner arm and biasing member
In an aspect a tensioner is provided for a belt drive and includes a base, an arm with a pulley pivotally mounted to the base, and a biasing member. The pulley is rotatably mounted to the arm. The belt applies a hub load on the pulley and thereby applies a hub load moment on the arm along a first moment arm. The biasing member applies a biasing member moment on the arm along a second moment arm that is at least about 50 percent of the length of the first moment arm. The tensioner is mountable to an accessory frame via fasteners that each have a center distance from an accessory pulley axis, wherein the center distance is a value that is less than about 25 mm greater than the frame body diameter.
