Mounting alignment system

A mounting alignment apparatus may include a rail assembly including a first pair of alignment surfaces. The mounting alignment apparatus may also include a slide assembly including a second pair of alignment surfaces. The first and second pairs of alignment surfaces may define an interacting capturing geometry therebetween, permitting sliding movement of the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly along a first axis, and restricting movement of the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly about an axis other than the first axis. The mounting alignment apparatus may also include a tension adjustment assembly coupled between the rail assembly and the slide assembly for positioning the slide assembly relative to the rail assembly along the first axis.

TWO PIECE PISTON WITH VENTING
20180223967 · 2018-08-09 ·

A piston assembly for a tensioner which has a hollow piston body having a first end and a second end; and a cap. At least a portion of the cap fits into the first end of the piston body. The cap has a head and may also have a stem connected to an underside of the head. The cap may also have at least one slit for venting fluid, having 5 a width and a depth. The slit may extend from an outer circumference of the stem and across the underside of the head. The slits may be parallel to a centerline of the cap or angled relative to the centerline of the cap. A plurality of slits may be present on the cap. At least two of the plurality of slits may have different widths or different depths. The slits may be evenly 10 spaced around the cap.

Manual window treatment having a floating chain tensioner

A manual drive assembly for a manually-operated window treatment based on a drive chain formed as a loop, may incorporate one or more intermediate tensioners disposed between two ends of the loop. The loop may be formed between a manual clutch mechanism coupled to the window treatment and an end tensioner. The one or more intermediate tensioners may serve to limit slack in the loop such that sides of the loop cannot be pulled to create a large loop, for example, having a gap of four inches or greater, between the hanging sides of the cord.

CHAIN TENSIONER

Provided is a chain tensioner. The chain tensioner includes a guide member, a support member spaced apart from the guide member, and at least one first coil spring disposed between the guide member and the support member to elastically support the guide member.

Working height adjustment device of processing machine

A working height adjustment device of a processing machine includes a retaining frame, a slide seat, and a lever having a connecting rod pivoted between the retaining frame and the slide seat. An adjustment seat of the slide seat has an accommodation hole. The accommodation hole is provided with an elastic member, a movable member, and an eccentric rod. The movable member has an engaging hole. The engaging hole has a diameter greater than that of a micro adjustment screw rod. The engaging hole has a toothed portion. Thereby, the eccentric rod is turned to push or release the movable member for the toothed portion of the engaging hole to engage with or disengage from a threaded section of the micro adjustment screw rod, such that the micro adjustment screw rod is tuned or the lever is pulled up and down to adjust the cutter seat quickly.

Intelligent belt drive system and method

In one aspect the invention relates to a tensioner that is capable of precognitively anticipating when it is desirable to increase the tension in a belt or other endless drive element so as to prevent belt slip prior to events that would raise the risk of it.

Contact guard for a belt drive

A contact guard for a belt drive, in which a filling space formed between two pulleys and the belt is filled by a filling body, which includes two sub-bodies that can be moved relative to one another.

BELT TENSIONER

A belt tensioner (1) for a generator belt drive of an internal combustion engine is provided. The belt tensioner includes a tensioning arm (5) with a tensioning roller (7) mounted thereon, and a tensioning spring which acts on the tensioning arm and is intended for pretensioning the belt (11) is designed for mounting onto the generator (2) and, in the mounted state of the belt drive, engages annularly around the belt pulley (6) of the generator and encompasses the belt in a plane which is spaced apart from the plane of the belt and runs on the far side of the belt plane with respect to the generator. The belt tensioner has an open ring-shaped construction, and therefore, in the mounted state of the belt tensioner on the generator, the belt can be mounted axially through the ring opening (9, 10) in the belt tensioner onto the belt pulley of the generator.

DRIVE ARRANGEMENT
20180135733 · 2018-05-17 ·

A drive arrangement is provided which includes: a first and second rotatable members; an endless loop member, extending around the first and second rotatable members, arranged to convey drive from the first rotatable member to the second rotatable member; a first support, arranged to support the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member, having at least one aperture therein; a guide member, defining at least part of a path of the endless loop member between the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member; and a second support, arranged to support the guide member, the second support being connected to the guide member through the at least one aperture in the first support such that guide member is movable, via the at least one aperture, to engage and disengage drive from the first rotatable member to the second rotatable member.

CHAIN DRIVE TENSIONER SPRING FORCE CONTROL MECHANISM
20180112748 · 2018-04-26 ·

A tensioner which adjusts the mean tensioner force to keep the chain tension as low as possible without sacrificing chain control, significantly improving drive efficiency as the chain wears and is subject to low dynamic loads.
