TENSIONER
An orifice member is disposed in a plunger including a plunger hole that forms a hydraulic chamber in conjunction with a plunger housing hole in a housing. The orifice member includes a deformed fitting section deformed to fit on the inner circumferential surface of the plunger hole, a communication section that causes a surface in contact with the top surface on the front side of the plunger hole and a surface on the hydraulic chamber side to communicate, and an orifice groove that communicates with the communication section and an external relief hole provided in the plunger on the surface in contact with the top surface on the front side of the plunger hole to constitute an orifice.

To provide a tensioner that is simply structured and easy to assemble, and that is capable of preventing plunger deformation during press-fitting of a relief valve unit, obviating the need for outside diameter grinding after the assembling, and reducing the thickness of the side walls of the plunger. A relief mechanism, which releases oil inside an oil pressure chamber to the outside of the plunger when the oil pressure in the oil pressure chamber becomes high, has a fixing member that is made of resin, that is located between the outer circumference of the relief valve unit and the inner circumference of the plunger hole, and that fixes the relief valve unit in the plunger hole on the front side thereof.

A connection rod coupling assembly includes a settable shape mounting second component having a lateral, primary axis and a bearing assembly including a bearing assembly body. The bearing assembly body includes a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a center axis. The bearing assembly body is coupled to the settable shape mounting second component in a non-aligned configuration. That is, the bearing assembly body center axis is offset from the settable shape mounting second component primary axis. Thus, the position of the bearing assembly body center axis is adjustable by repositioning the settable shape mounting second component relative to a settable shape mounting first component on a swing lever. The adjustment of the bearing assembly body, in turn, adjusts the range of the ram assembly and the ram assembly body.
Apparatus for eliminating slack and vibrations in the chain of a chain drive
The present disclosure discloses an apparatus (100) for eliminating slack and vibrations of the chain (400) comprising a piston-cylinder arrangement. A first piston (10) is configured to be displaced inside the cylinder (20) of the piston-cylinder arrangement and a second piston (30) is configured to be displaced inside a cavity (40) defined inside the first piston (10) with the axis of the cavity (40) being coaxial with the axis (A) of the cylinder. A lubricating oil passage (50) defined to pass through the first piston (10), the second piston (30) and the cylinder (20) of the piston cylinder arrangement. The apparatus facilitates reduction in vibrations, slack elimination and automatic lubrication of the chain drive.
Motorcycle having a tensioning device for tensioning a pulling member, and tensioning device for a motorcycle
A motorcycle with a swing arm element pivotably coupled to a holding element of the motorcycle via a rotary bearing is provided with a tensioning element. The motorcycle also includes a pulling member which engages two gear elements which are each spaced from the rotary bearing in a torque-transmitting manner. The first gear element is rotatably mounted separately from the swing arm element, and the second gear element is rotatably mounted on the swing arm element. The tensioning device for tensioning the pulling member is mounted rotatably and/or in an axially displaceable manner relative to the two gear elements on the swing arm element or on a frame of the motorcycle. The tensioning device includes at least two levers pivotable relative to one another, and a tensioning element which biases the levers against the pulling member to maintain consistent tension in the pulling member.
BELT TENSIONING SYSTEM
In one example, an apparatus includes a plate configured to pivot about a pivot point, a pulley coupled to a first planar side of the plate and configured to rotate a belt, a motor coupled to the first planar side of the plate and configured to drive the pulley, and a torsion spring coupled to a second planar side of the plate that is opposite the first planar side and configured to apply tension to the belt.
Ring tensioner
Ring tensioners having a plurality of rungs that extend from a first side to an opposite second side of the ring tensioner, in use, the rungs engaging between the teeth of a toothed belt. Both the first side and the second side of the ring tensioner are not continuous but have gaps. The gaps on the first side alternate with the gaps on the second side. The ring tensioners may be formed from a single length of wire.
CRUSHER BELT TENSIONING APPARATUS
A crusher belt tensioning apparatus is arranged for being mounting on a crusher having a driven crusher pulley to actuate a crusher, a drive pulley drivable by a power unit, a belt extending between the crusher pulley and the drive pulley to transfer drive from the power unit to the crusher, and a tension drum mounted on a tension arm for applying a tension force to the belt. The tension arm includes a first relatively short arm portion and a second relatively long arm portion connected to the first relatively short arm portion. The tension drum is movable by a hydraulic cylinder, attached to the relatively short arm portion, between a first belt tensioning operating position in which the tension drum applies tension to the belt and a second belt non-tensioning maintenance position in which the belt is removable from the tensioning apparatus.
REGULATION MECHANISM CAPABLE OF DYNAMICALLY ADJUSTING BALANCE OF TENSION OF TWO SIDES OF MULTI-GROOVE TRANSMISSION BELT BETWEEN DRIVING WHEEL AND DRIVEN WHEEL
The present invention is to provide a regulation mechanism capable of dynamically adjusting balance of tension on two sides of a multi-groove transmission belt between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, which includes a pivot balance plate pivotally connected to a transmission mechanism; two smooth idlers and a multi-groove idler pivotally connected on the pivot balance plate respectively and spaced apart from each other by a first gap and a second gap respectively; and a tension regulating rod rotatably disposed between the transmission mechanism and the pivot balance plate for dynamically adjusting balance of tension on the two sides of the multi-groove transmission belt, such that the multi-groove transmission belt can pass these gaps sequentially to wind on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, thereby the outer and inner side surfaces thereof are abutted with the smooth idlers and the multi-groove idler respectively.
