Telescopic transmission assembly and lifting column using same
A telescopic transmission assembly includes first and second stage rods, and first and second stage casings. The second stage rod is of a hollow structure having inner and outer surfaces and a through hole, the outer surface being provided with external threads, and the inner surface being devoid of threads. The first stage rod is disposed in the through hole to drive the second stage rod to rotate synchronously. The first and second stage rods are telescopically expandable or contractible relative to each other along an axial direction. The second stage casing sleeves over the first stage casing. The first and second stage casings have respectively first and second transmission nuts. The second and first stage rods are in a screw-thread fit with the first and second transmission nuts, respectively. The second stage rod is positioned with the first transmission nut in the axial direction in a rotatable manner.
Electric caliper brake
Disclosed herein is an electric caliper brake. The electric caliper brake which includes a carrier provided with a pair of pad plates movably with respect to a disk, and a caliper housing slidably installed on the carrier and provided with a cylinder in which a piston is movably provided by braking oil pressure, includes a spindle member which is installed to penetrate a rear portion of the cylinder and rotates by receiving a rotational force from an actuator, and a power converting unit including a nut member which is screwed with the spindle member and is disposed in the piston, moves forward and backward in accordance with the rotation of the spindle member so as to press the piston; a filling member coupled to the nut member in the piston; and an anti-rotation surface provided on at least one plane on an outer circumferential surface of the filling member so that the filling member is coupled to the piston in a limited rotation state.

LINEAR ACTUATOR
A linear actuator arranged to convert rotary motion to linear motion. The linear actuator includes a linear shaft arrangement, having a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion and extends along a longitudinal axis (A) of the linear actuator. At least one of the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion of the linear shaft arrangement can be translated linearly along the longitudinal axis upon actuation. A first drive system has a first rotary component extending at least partially around the longitudinal axis. A second drive system has a second rotary component extending at least partially around the longitudinal axis at a different axial position to the first drive system. The linear actuator, when the first drive system fails, allows rotation of the second rotary component so that the second shaft portion moves relative to the first shaft portion.
Press machine and press method
A press machine includes a drive mechanism that moves at least one of an upper tool and a lower tool and machines a workpiece placed between the upper and lower tools. The drive mechanism includes a first drive source that rotates a screw shaft serving as an advance-retract component and a second drive source that rotates a nut connected to the screw shaft. A structure including the upper tool and lower tools includes a casing supporting the screw shaft such that the screw shaft is rotatable, a movable member that is movably formed in the casing and can contact an end of the screw shaft or retract therefrom, and a drive unit that moves the movable member.
Power transmission apparatus
The present invention discloses a power transmission apparatus. The power transmission apparatus includes: an input shaft including a male screw portion formed thereon; a pair of input gears formed on the input shaft to be freely rotatable with the male screw portion being interposed therebetween; an output gear formed to be rotatable in a state of being linked with the pair of input gears; and a power interrupting unit screw-coupled to the male screw portion of the input shaft, and configured to rectilinearly reciprocate along the input shaft by a rotation of the input shaft to be selectively engaged with any one of the pair of input gears so as to transmit a power.
Electric Brake
An electric brake (1) with an electric motor. An electromechanical actuating unit is provided which has a planetary rolling contact gear unit (6) by means of which a rotating movement of the electric motor is translated into an axial movement of an actuating element (7). A brake shoe (8) is coupled as a brake element to the actuating element (7).
BRAKE BOOSTER AND BRAKE DEVICE INCLUDING A BRAKE BOOSTER OF THIS TYPE
A brake booster for a brake master cylinder of a motor vehicle, including a drive motor, which is connected/is connectable via a transmission to a pressure piston for the brake master cylinder, the transmission including a rotatable spindle nut having an inner thread, and a rotatably fixed axially displaceable spindle rod having an outer thread, the threads engaging with one another in order to convert a rotational movement of the drive motor into a translational movement of the spindle rod, and the spindle nut including an outer toothing, which is engaged with a toothing of a drive wheel of the transmission. It is provided that the spindle nut is displaceable axially relative to the drive wheel.
