Work vehicle transmission and work vehicle having the same
A work vehicle transmission includes a first transmission mechanism that changes input motive power to any one of multiple speeds, and a second transmission mechanism that changes the motive power changed by the first transmission mechanism to any one of multiple speeds, the number of speeds of the second transmission mechanism being smaller than that of the first transmission mechanism. Multiple speed change multi-disc clutches of the first transmission mechanism are arranged parallel with multiple deceleration multi-disc clutches of the second transmission mechanism so as to be adjacent in the diameter direction thereof.
DRIVE AXLE OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE AND POWERSHIFTING METHOD
A drive axle of an electric vehicle has first and a second drive wheels (R1, R2) with wheel axles (a1, a2), a first electric machine (EM1) and a second electric machine (EM2) with a common rotation axis (m), a transmission (G3) with a transmission input shaft (EW) and a transmission output shaft (AW), and an axle differential (DI) with a differential input (DIK) and two differential output shafts (3a, 3b). The first electric machine (EM1) is connected to the transmission input shaft (EW) and the transmission output shaft (AW) is connected to the differential input (DIK). The second electric machine (EM2) can be connected as an additional drive when necessary.
POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT
A power transmission unit in which an oil pump is arranged without extending a shaft length. In the power transmission unit, an input shaft, a first rotary machine, a differential mechanism, and an output shaft are arranged coaxially. The power transmission unit comprise: a first clutch that engages a first movable member connected to an input element of the differential mechanism with a first engagement section formed on another rotary element; a second clutch that engages a second movable member connected to the output element of the differential mechanism with a second engagement section formed on another rotary element; a drive gear mounted on the input element; a driven gear meshed with the drive gear; and an oil pump connected to the driven gear.
POWERTRAIN FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A powertrain apparatus for an electric vehicle may include a motor connected to an input shaft, a planetary gear train, which is disposed to be coaxial with the motor and which includes a first rotation element, a second rotation element and a third rotation element, at least one of which is configured to receive power from the input shaft, a differential gear disposed to be coaxial with the motor and the planetary gear train, a first gear set connected to one rotation element of the planetary gear train, and a second gear set configured to receive power from the first gear set and transmit the power to the differential gear.
Apparatus for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels
An apparatus for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels includes a steering column having a pinion connected with a vehicle steering wheel such that rotation of the steering wheel results in rotation of the pinion. An electrically powered steering unit includes an electric motor having a first output shaft rotatable about an axis. A first planetary gear stage has a first gear reduction ratio and is driven by the first output shaft. A second planetary gear stage is driven by the first planetary gear stage and the pinion and has a second gear reduction ratio different from the first gear reduction ratio. A second output shaft is driven by the second planetary gear stage and coupled to the steerable wheels such that rotation of the second output shaft affects steering of the vehicle wheels.
Transmission Having A Torque Vectoring Superposition Unit
A transmission having input and output shafts and planetary gear sets. Each planetary gear set has multiple elements. The input and output shafts and planetary gear sets are designed so torque introduced via the input shaft is distributed to the output shafts in a defined ratio and a sum torque is prevented. An element of a first planetary gear set is rotationally fixed to another element of a second planetary gear set and another element of the second planetary gear set is secured to a rotationally fixed component. A torque vectoring superposition unit has an epicyclic gearing and two switching elements. The epicyclic gearing has four connection shafts. A first connection shaft is rotationally fixed to the linking shaft. A second connection shaft is rotationally fixed to an output shaft of the first planetary gear set. The switching elements secure a third and fourth connection shaft to a fixed component.
VEHICLE DRIVE TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
A counter gear mechanism includes: a fifth gear in mesh with a third gear; a sixth gear in mesh with a fourth gear; and a seventh gear in mesh with a differential input gear. The seventh gear is disposed between the fifth gear and the sixth gear in an axial direction. A switching mechanism is disposed between the third gear and the fourth gear in the axial direction. The switching mechanism makes switching among: a state in which the third gear is coupled to a second input member; a state in which the fourth gear is coupled to the second input member; and a state in which the third gear and the fourth gear are decoupled from the second input member. This structure is able to make an entirety of an apparatus compact in size in the axial direction when the apparatus includes the switching mechanism to change the speed ratio between the second input member, which is drivingly coupled to an internal combustion engine, and output members.
