Ring gear and gear device
The present invention relates to a ring gear and a gear reduction device. The ring gear includes an annular body with a plurality of mounting portions, and a plurality of teeth arranged on an inner circumferential surface of the annular body. The annular body and the teeth are integrally formed from powder metal, and the mounting portions and the teeth are at least partly overlapped in an axial direction of the annular body. The mounting portions are integrally formed with the annular body and the teeth, which results in concentricity between the mounting portion and the teeth being improved and cost of the ring gear being reduced. Furthermore, the mounting portions are overlapped with the teeth, which reduces the axial size of the ring gear.
Gear assembly for a seat adjuster
A gear assembly for a seat adjuster includes a gear housing, a worm gear, a helical gear meshed with the worm gear, a wobble gear carried on an eccentric lobe of the helical gear, a pinion disc, a first ring gear disposed in the gear housing, a second ring gear disposed in the pinion disc, and a pinion member carrying the helical gear and the pinion disc. The wobble gear includes first and second sets of wobble gear teeth that mesh with the first and second ring gears, respectively. A housing side gear ring disposed in the gear housing defines part of the first ring gear and the gear housing defines another part of the first ring gear. The pinion disc defines the second ring gear.

The annular body includes a first toothing (2), arranged on an outer circumference of the annular body, for engaging a locking pawl (20), and a second toothing (3), arranged on an inner circumference of the annular body, for the form-locking connection to a shaft (30).

A gearwheel (10), in particular a parking interlock gear for a parking lock arrangement, includes an annular body with a radially acting first toothing (2), arranged on the outer circumference of the annular body (1), for the engagement of a locking pawl, an axially acting second toothing (3), arranged on a face end of the annular body and including a plurality of teeth (5) with oblique tooth flanks (5a, 5b), for the engagement of a corresponding axially acting third toothing (42), which includes teeth (44) with oblique tooth flanks (44a, 44b), of a shaft (40). A parking lock arrangement also includes the gearwheel.
MULTI-MODE INTEGRATED STARTER-GENERATOR DEVICE WITH TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT
A combination starter-generator device is provided for a work vehicle having an engine. The starter-generator device includes an electric machine and a gear set configured to receive rotational input from the electric machine and the engine. The gear set includes a ring gear formed by a cylindrical base with a perimeter surface facing the engine and a circumferential row of castellations extending in a radial direction from the perimeter surface. The starter-generator device further includes a mounting arrangement comprising a drive plate configured to be secured to a crank shaft of the engine and a flex plate mounted to the drive plate. The flex plate includes a row of engagement apertures configured to receive the castellations of the ring gear to rotationally couple the ring gear to the engine via the mounting arrangement.

A planetary gear device includes a sun gear; a plurality of planetary gears; a planetary carrier at which the plurality of planetary gears are rotatably provided; and a ring gear, wherein the planetary carrier includes an oil feeding passage which feeds lubricating oil to at least one of the plurality of planetary gears, wherein the ring gear is a double helical gear in which a pair of rows of internal teeth are arranged in a direction of an axis line of the ring gear and the internal teeth of one of the rows and the internal teeth of the other of the rows are inclined in different directions, the ring gear including at least one discharge passage, wherein the at least one discharge passage includes an inlet-side portion and an outlet-side portion, the inlet-side portion being closer to an inlet configured to open in a region between the pair of rows of internal teeth at an inner peripheral surface of the ring gear, and the outlet-side portion being closer to an outlet configured to open in a region of an outer peripheral surface of the ring gear, and wherein the inlet-side portion is formed at the ring gear so that the inlet-side portion is inclined in a rotation direction of the planetary carrier, with respect to a reference line extending in a radial direction of the ring gear.
CLUTCH CARRIER ASSEMBLY FOR A TRANSMISSION
A clutch carrier assembly for a transmission is disclosed that comprises a clutch carrier and a ring gear carrier. The clutch carrier includes a plurality of tabs and the ring gear carrier includes a plurality of openings defined in, and extending through, an outer surface. The ring gear carrier is disposed within the clutch carrier. Each of the tabs is received within a corresponding one of the openings such that the ring gear carrier and the clutch carrier are held together.
Eccentric gear drive with reduced backlash
A gear drive system is provided having a first gear and a second gear. The second gear has a first peripheral portion and a second peripheral portion. A first set of gear teeth can be defined peripherally over the first peripheral portion and/or the second peripheral portion. The first peripheral portion and/or the second peripheral portion can be more resilient, resulting in a first backlash between the first set of gear teeth and the teeth of the first gear, less than a second backlash between the second set of gear teeth and the teeth of the first gear. Each gear tooth of the second gear can have a gear tooth spacing between adjacent gear teeth. The gear tooth spacing over the first peripheral portion and/or the second peripheral portion can be less than the gear tooth spacing at portions other than the first peripheral portion and/or the second peripheral portion.
