TORQUE REACTION PULLEY FOR AN INERTIA CONE CRUSHER

A torque reaction pulley for an inertia cone crusher having an elastically deformable component responsive to a change in torque through the drive transmission of the crusher due to rotation of an unbalanced weight within the crusher.

Filtering pulley

A filtering pulley has a hub configured to be fixed to a shaft for rotation thereabout, a crown mounted coaxial and rotationally free on the hub, and a plurality of elastic groups arranged circumferentially with respect to the hub and to the crown and interposed, each, between a pair of first elements integral with the hub and between a pair of second elements integral with the crown. The first elements have at least two spokes, carried by an actuator that is made of two portions that are selectively geared between them to selectively connect the crown to the hub.

IMPROVED FILTERING PULLEY

Filtering pullies with a hub adapted to be fixed to a rotating shaft, a crown mounted coaxially and rotationally free on the hub, at least one elastic group arranged circumferentially with respect to the hub and the crown and interposed, each, between a pair of first elements integral with the hub and between a pair of second elements integral with the crown are disclosed. The at least one elastic group is placed with a circumferential interference (?) with respect to the first elements integral with said hub.

ROAD WHEEL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

A pulley assembly for a road wheel actuator assembly includes a driven pulley assembly, a driven pulley, and a belt. The driven pulley assembly includes a driven pulley and a retainer. The driven pulley is at least partially disposed about a ball nut that is operatively connected to a rack bar. The retainer is received within the driven pulley. The belt is arranged to connect the driven pulley assembly to the drive pulley.

Torsional vibration dampers

Torsional vibration dampers are disclosed that have a hub having a plate extending radially outward about a shaft-receiving member, a first portion of an inertia member defining a back face and a bore therethrough and having an annular flange concentric about the axis of rotation, a first elastomeric member and a second elastomeric member positioned against opposite sides of the plate, and a second portion of the inertia member fastened to the first portion of the inertia member by one or more fasteners, thereby placing the first and second elastomeric members in compression. The shaft-receiving member of the hub is positioned in the bore with the plate of the hub spaced a distance from an interior surface of the annular flange, and the plate of the hub and the interior surfaces of each of the first and second portions of the inertia member facing the plate define dual common vertices.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine of the present disclosure includes an improved pulley for reducing the noise generated in the pulley. When the shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion hole, at least a part of the shaft is closely contacted with the shaft insertion hole to minimize the tolerance between the shaft and the shaft insertion hole, and the rotation shaft of the pulley and the center axis of the shafts may be made to coincide with each other, so that the noise generated by the rotation of the pulley can be effectively reduced. In addition, the spoke of the pulley includes the curved portion, thereby reducing the friction with the air and effectively reducing noise due to friction with air.

Systems for a crankshaft damper cover

Systems are provided for a damper cover for an engine crankshaft damper. In one example, a damper cover may include a frame and an inset, with extensions of the frame adapted to couple to slots of an engine crankshaft damper, and with portions of the inset positioned between each extension and each corresponding slot. As one example, the frame may be comprised of metal and the inset may be comprised of a damping material such as foam or rubber.

Damper pulley assembly for vehicle

A damper pulley assembly for a vehicle is provided and includes a crank shaft of an engine of the vehicle, a hub that is coupled to the crank shaft and configured to be rotated, a pulley that is coupled to an exterior surface of the hub and configured to be integrally rotated with the hub and an oil seal that is disposed between the hub and an interior of a cylinder block configured to prevent engine oil leakage in the cylinder block. The hub has an abrasion prevention component formed on an exterior circumference surface on which the oil seal is disposed, and the abrasion prevention component prevents separation of the oil seal. Thus, a friction coefficient of a portion where a contact with the oil seal is concentrated is reduced and abrasion of a shaft is reduced by applying an anti-abrasion coating to improve hardness.

BELT PULLEY DECOUPLER

A belt pulley decoupler is provided for transmitting drive torque from belts of an auxiliary unit belt drive to the shaft of one of the auxiliary units, including: a belt pulley, a hub secured to the shaft, and a series circuit arranged in the drive torque flow between the belt pulley and the hub and including a decoupler spring and a wrap-around band that extends in the direction of the rotational axis of the belt pulley decoupler and is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the decoupler spring. Both ends of the wrap-around band open out radially when the drive torque is transmitted, the first end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a first sleeve rotationally fixed in the belt pulley, and the second end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a second sleeve rotationally mounted in the first sleeve.

By improving the rigidity of a pulley while suppressing a weight of the pulley from increasing, excessive noises due to resonance can be reduced. A washing machine 1 includes a drum 9 rotatably disposed in the water tub 5. The washing machine 1 has a motor to rotationally drive a pulley 20, which is fixed to the drum 9, via an endless belt 13. The pulley 20 has a plurality of arms 23 radially extend from the boss 22 to support an outer wheel 21. The arm 23 has a variable cross-sectional portion 24 in which a section modulus against bending in an axial direction gradually decreases from the boss 22 to the outer wheel 21.
