FREEWHEEL AND AUXILIARY DRIVE
A freewheel for blocking or interrupting a torque transmission of a motor vehicle comprises a first ring configured for the input and/or output of a torque and a second ring that is arranged substantially coaxially to the first ring and configured for the output and/or input of the torque. The freewheel includes a plurality of first blocking elements, movable between a blocking position and a freewheeling position, for blocking the first ring with the second ring in a circumferential direction in the blocking position and for interrupting a torque transmission between the first ring and the second ring in the freewheeling position. A decoupler is coupled to the second ring or to the first ring for damping rotational irregularities. The decoupler has a housing, mounted on the first ring or the second ring via a housing bearing, for providing a restoring torque directed against the rotational irregularity. A brake element, which can act indirectly or directly on the second ring and/or the first ring, is provided for damping the movement of the first ring and/or the second ring. The brake element is connected indirectly or directly to the housing of the decoupler in a rotationally fixed manner.
Pulley Structure
The present invention relates to a pulley structure (1) equipped with an outer rotating body (2), an inner rotating body (3), and a coil spring (4) provided between the outer rotating body (2) and the inner rotating body (3). The coil spring (4) is configured so as to undergo torsional deformation in a diameter-expanding or a diameter-contracting direction, thereby engaging the outer rotating body (2) and the inner rotating body (3) and transmitting torque, and to undergo torsional deformation in the direction opposite the direction in which torque is transmitted, thereby entering a disengaged state in which the coil spring slides with the outer rotating body (2) or the inner rotating body (3), thus interrupting the transmission of torque. The number of windings of the coil spring (4) is in a range between [M-0.125] and M (both inclusive), where M is a natural number.
Washing machine
The washing machine of the present disclosure includes an improved pulley for reducing the noise generated in the pulley. When the shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion hole, at least a part of the shaft is closely contacted with the shaft insertion hole to minimize the tolerance between the shaft and the shaft insertion hole, and the rotation shaft of the pulley and the center axis of the shafts may be made to coincide with each other, so that the noise generated by the rotation of the pulley can be effectively reduced. In addition, the spoke of the pulley includes the curved portion, thereby reducing the friction with the air and effectively reducing noise due to friction with air.
AIR FLOW GENERATION STRUCTURAL BODY AND SEALING STRUCTURE
An air flow generation structural body includes a main body disposed in a gap between an attachment target to which a sealing device is attached and a disc-shaped member that is integrated with a shaft member so as to extend from the shaft member toward an outer periphery side. The shaft member passes through a through-hole in the attachment target and is rotatable around an axis. The main body is attached to the shaft member so as to be rotatable together with the shaft member. The air flow generation structural body further includes a plurality of blade portions formed on an outer peripheral surface g of the main body to generate an air current. Each of the blade portions extends along a centrifugal direction perpendicular to the axis x and is parallel to the axis x.
VISCOUS DAMPER FOR CRANK SHAFT OF VEHICLE
A viscous damper may include: a housing that includes a front surface formed with a hub to fasten a crankshaft at a center of the front surface, a damper groove formed along a circumference of the hub, defining a space divided by a partition wall into a front side space and a rear side space, and a pulley extended rearward from a rear side of the damper groove; a first inertia ring disposed in the rear side space of the damper groove and having a damping function together with a first viscous body; a second inertia ring disposed in the front side space of the damper groove and having a damping function together with a second viscous body; and a cover configured to close a front opening of the front space such that the cover and the damper groove enclose the first and second inertia rings.
ISOLATION DEVICE WITH SELECTED ANGLE BETWEEN SPRING STOP AND DAMPING MEMBER
In an aspect, an isolation device is provided for a belt and a component shaft in an engine. The device includes a hub, a pulley, an isolation spring and a damping member that is fixed rotationally relative to the hub and is engageable frictionally with the pulley. Torque transmission through the spring below a selected non-zero torque, irrespective of hub load on the pulley, drives a change in radius of the helical coils of the spring that is sufficiently small that the spring avoids pressing the damping member against the pulley. Torque transmission through the spring above the selected non-zero torque, irrespective of hub load on the pulley, drives a change in radius of the helical coils that is sufficiently large that the isolation spring applies a radial force to press the damping member against the pulley so as to generate frictional damping.
Pulley decoupler having a centrifugal pendulum device with a first friction device
A pulley decoupler for an accessory drive comprises input and output parts.
