PULLEY DEVICE FOR A TENSIONER ROLLER OR WINDING ROLLER
A pulley device for a tensioner roller or winding roller for a transmission element, providing a bearing and a pulley. The pulley including two pulley elements that are C-shaped in axial section. At least one of the pulley elements has an axial through-opening, the other pulley element providing an axially protruding portion housed in the opening, a collar being formed by deformation of the protruding portion in order to provide axial retention with the opening. The at least one through-opening is provided at its periphery with at least one recessed zone formed in a substantially radially set-back manner with respect to the protrusion, which passes through the opening.
PULLEY WITH DRIVE FEATURE FOR BELT INSTALLATION
The present disclosure provides a pulley, comprising a cylindrical wall having an outer surface with a plurality of circumferential grooves configured to receive a corresponding plurality of ribs on an inner surface of an elastic belt, a web connected to an inner surface of the cylindrical wall, a central hub connected to the web, the central hub comprises a central opening sized to be press-fit onto a drive shaft, and a drive feature configured to mate with a drive tool, thereby facilitating rotation of the pulley using the drive tool.
PULLEY DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR FOR TENSIONING IDLER OR RUNNER ROLLER
A pulley device comprising a pulley and a bearing. The pulley has at least one C-shaped pulley part having an inner portion mounted on the bearing, an outer portion having an outer cylindrical surface dedicated to interact with a belt or a chain, and an intermediate portion extending substantially radially between axial ends of inner and outer portions on one axial side of pulley device. The outer cylindrical surface of outer ring is provided with at least one recess having in cross-section, a concave internal profile. The pulley part is provided with at least one protruding portion which inwardly extends beyond the inner cylindrical surface of inner portion. The protruding portion is received in a corresponding recess of outer ring so as to block the pulley part with respect to the outer ring in both axial directions.

Pressed pulley
A pressed pulley includes an annular connecting portion connected to an end of the outer tubular portion around which a belt is wound and an end of the inner tubular portion. The connecting portion is an annular bent portion having a circular arc-shaped section and formed with an inner circular arc-shaped surface having a constant radius of curvature and connected to the radially inner surface of the outer tubular portion and the radially outer surface of the inner tubular portion through respective tangential lines.
