Washing machine belt pulley made of a plastic material
A belt pulley of a washing machine drum made of a plastic material, comprising a hub, a circumference of the belt pulley to receive a belt, a substantially circular dividing rib dividing the belt pulley to the inner and outer concentric section with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, wherein the dividing rib is arranged on a line of a polygon having the centre in the belt pulley axis and exhibiting corners, into which, from a side facing the hub, a portion of the outermost ribs lead, said ribs being part of a plurality of reinforcing ribs of the inner section, wherein at least a portion of these ribs leading into the corners of the dividing rib run, extend along a line of polygons, preferably hexagons, which are radially arranged in the inner section and in contact with each other along one of their sides, wherein, from at least one said corner of the dividing rib on the side facing the outer circumference, at least one arc-shaped rib of the outer section originates, and its free end contacts the outer circumference of the belt pulley.
PULLEY WITH DRIVE FEATURE FOR BELT INSTALLATION
The present disclosure provides a pulley, comprising a cylindrical wall having an outer surface with a plurality of circumferential grooves configured to receive a corresponding plurality of ribs on an inner surface of an elastic belt, a web connected to an inner surface of the cylindrical wall, a central hub connected to the web, the central hub comprises a central opening sized to be press-fit onto a drive shaft, and a drive feature configured to mate with a drive tool, thereby facilitating rotation of the pulley using the drive tool.
Method for manufacturing a pulley device, a pulley device according to such a manufacturing method and an engine fitted with such a pulley
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pulley device for a tension roller or a roller of a transmission element providing a pulley, at least two rolling-element bearings and a sleeve, the rolling-element bearings being assembled adjacently on the sleeve before the pulley is formed by injecting material onto the rolling-element bearings.

NON-METAL SPROCKET
A high torque sprocket includes a body defining an outer periphery and a hub section defining an inner surface for engaging a bushing. A continuous toothed structure is disposed on the outer periphery of the body, and a textile reinforcement embedded in the body adjacent the inner surface of the hub section. The body is formed of a castable polymer material. In some cases, one or two optional flanges are disposed on side(s) of the body immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure, in some aspects, a textile reinforcement may be embedded in a surface of the flange(s) immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure. In some aspects, the high torque sprocket further includes a textile reinforcement embedded in the continuous toothed structure outer surface, and the textile reinforcement is selected from nylon, cotton, aramid, PTFE, and mixtures thereof.
POWER STEERING APPARATUS
Provided is a power steering apparatus capable of reducing a maximumly generated stress on an output pulley. An output pulley of a power steering apparatus includes a fastening target portion around a screw insertion hole of a hub portion. When a boundary portion between the hub portion and a winding and hanging portion is defined to be a portion where a minor angle, among relative angles formed between a tangential line of an inner surface of the output pulley and a rotational axis of a nut in an axial cross section of the output pulley that passes through the rotational axis of the nut, gradually reduces from a nut-rotational-axis side toward a radially outer side to then reach 45 degrees, the fastening target portion is a region that is located on an inner side in a radial direction with respect to the boundary portion and overlaps a head portion of a screw in a radial direction of the screw.
