Rotary actuator
A rotary actuator is used in a shift-by-wire system for a vehicle. The actuator includes a motor, an output shaft, a speed reducer, and a case. The motor includes a motor shaft. The output shaft is disposed in parallel with the motor shaft. The case houses the motor and the speed reducer. The case includes an upper case that houses the motor and a lower case that houses the speed reducer. The speed reducer includes a first reducer that includes a ring gear embedded in a resin portion of the lower case and a parallel-shaft type second reducer that includes a drive gear on the motor shaft and a driven gear on the output shaft. The ring gear includes an annular gear portion and a cover that protrudes radially inward from one end of the annular gear portion.
Electric actuator
An electric actuator includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, and a bearing fixed to a motor shaft having an eccentric axis portion. The speed reduction mechanism has: an externally toothed gear, an internally toothed gear, a facing member arranged facing the externally toothed gear, and column members arranged to protrude from one member of the facing member and the externally toothed gear toward the other member and surround the motor axis. The other member has hole portions arranged to surround the motor axis. The column members are inserted into the hole portions respectively, and support the externally toothed gear to be swingable around the motor axis via an inner side surface of each of the hole portions. At least one of the column members is attached to the one member in a manner of being rotatable around a central axis of the at least one column member.
Gearbox assembly
A gearbox assembly comprising a plurality of component parts in torque transmission connection via gear, shaft and/or housing components; the assembly further comprising means for providing redundancy at selected locations where failure can lead to loss of torque transmission between component parts of the assembly.
PLANETARY GEAR TRANSMISSION BOX
Disclosed is a planetary gear transmission box, comprising a housing portion, a first planetary gear transmission stage, and a second planetary gear transmission stage, wherein the first planetary gear transmission stage comprises a first sun gear (3), a first planetary carrier (5), and a first ring gear; the second planetary gear transmission stage comprises a second sun gear, a second planetary carrier (7), and a second ring gear (6); the first sun gear (3) is connected to an external input element; the first planetary carrier (5) is connected to the second sun gear; the second planetary carrier (7) is connected to an output element; the transmission ratio of the gear transmission box is greater than 25; and the second planetary carrier (7) is directly supported on the housing portion. The locked rotor torque of the gear box is increased, such that the output rotational speed is reduced, and thus a bearing member at the output end can be omitted.
Cantilevered worm gear assembly with limiter bushing
A power steering assembly includes an electric motor having an output shaft extending therefrom. The assembly also includes a housing containing a worm gear operatively coupled to a steering shaft, the worm gear rotatable about a worm gear axis. The assembly further includes an electric motor and a worm arranged to engage the worm gear, the worm extending from the output shaft of the electric motor as a single, integrally formed shaft, the single, integrally formed shaft extending axially from a first end to a second end and being cantilevered to allow the second end to deflect. The assembly yet further includes a bushing surrounding a portion of the shaft proximate the second end of the shaft, the bushing and the portion of the shaft defining a clearance therebetween.
DRIVE APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTMENT DEVICES OF MOTOR VEHICLES COMPRISING AN AT LEAST TWO-PART HOUSING, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING SUCH A DRIVE APPARATUS
The invention relates to drive apparatus for adjustment devices of motor vehicles comprising an at least two-part housing (1), in which an electric drive unit (2) and a gear unit (3) which is operatively connected to said electric drive unit are arranged, characterized in that the housing (1) is designed as part of the gear unit (3).
BEVEL GEAR BOX FOR STEERING DRIVE LINE
The invention relates to a bevel gear box for use as part of the steering mechanism of a commercial vehicle. The invention may be suited to use where the controlled axles of the vehicle are located below the passenger compartment. The bevel gear box may comprise box housing, which in turn houses two separate bevel gear barrel assemblies. The exemplified bevel gear barrel assemblies each comprise a bevel gear, the bevel gear further comprising a gear head incorporating teeth and a gear shaft—4. Shaft housing surrounds a circumference of gear shaft 4. To enable the bevel gear to rotate within the shaft housing, bearings may be placed between surfaces of the bevel gear and the shaft housing. The face of the gear head may comprise a gear head recess for location of a center dowel therein.
Lubrication arrangement for a transmission
A lubrication arrangement includes at least one housing, at least one shaft, at least one bearing system configured to hold the at least one shaft in the at least one housing and to permit the at least one shaft to rotate, lubricant distributed in the at least one housing with the rotation of the at least one shaft, and a lubricant deflector provided in a stationary manner relative to the at least one housing above the at least one shaft. The lubricant strikes against the lubricant deflector and, by action of gravity, the lubricant is conducted to the at least one bearing system of the at least one shaft so that the at least one bearing system is supplied with the lubricant.
Distributor with heat dissipation effect
A distributor with heat dissipation effect has an ignition device having includes a distributor upper cap, a rotor assembly and a distributor bowl-shaped lower cap, a transmission device connected between the distributor bowl-shaped lower cap and the rotor assembly, and a heat insulation pad held between the distributor bowl-shaped lower cap and the transmission device. When the distributor is assembled on an engine, heat from the engine can be effectively isolated and heat from the ignition device can also be dissipates by the heat insulation pad.
Electromechanical park lock
The invention relates to a gearbox (40) having a park lock (42) which is integrated in a gearbox housing (60) of the gearbox (40). Said park lock comprises a transfer device (48), a detent (50), and a park lock gear (52). Outside the gearbox housing (60) there is an electromechanical actuator (44), which is centred on an interface to the transfer device (48) on the gearbox housing (48) and is sealed off from the gearbox housing (60) there.
