A geared motor series includes several motors with different dimensions, which respectively have a motor shaft with a receiving bore on the free end thereof. The nominal outer diameters of the motor shafts of the individual motor dimensions are different from each other. At least one plug-in pinion having a pinion journal is provided with a nominal outer diameter corresponding to the nominal diameter of one of the receiving bores, such that the push-in pinion is fixable to the corresponding motor shaft using a press assembly. The nominal diameter of a receiving bore of a motor shaft of a motor of a first motor dimension corresponds to the nominal diameter of a receiving bore of a motor shaft of a motor of at least one other motor dimension, such that the at least one push-in pinion is fixable to motor shafts of motors having different dimensions using a press assembly.

Modular three-speed transmission for an electric drive system

A drive system for a vehicle that includes a transmission with three forward and three reverse gears. The transmission is optionally coupled to an electric motor as part of a fully electric or hybrid drive system. The transmission optionally includes a first and a second planetary gearset, a first and a second brake, and a clutch which may be separated into individual drive modules, optionally in separate detachable housings. A single electric motor may be provided with a single transmission, or multiple electric motors may be included to individually drive multiple separate tires, tracks, or other earth engaging elements. Single or multiple motors may be arranged upstream or downstream of the transmission, and they may be aligned parallel with or perpendicular to a drive axle.

BICYCLE TRANSMISSION
20250269932 · 2025-08-28 ·

The disclosure relates to a bicycle transmission, comprising a transmission input and a transmission output, each associated with a first axis, and a second axis offset from the first axis. The bicycle transmission comprises a parallel transmission providing a parallel transmission stage between a parallel transmission input associated with the first axis and a parallel transmission output associated with the second axis. The bicycle transmission further comprises a planetary transmission associated with the second axis.

Gear assembly for a vehicle

A gearing assembly for a vehicle drivetrain. The assembly includes a first shaft rotating about a first shaft axis; a second shaft with a second shaft axis parallel to the first shaft axis; a first freewheel clutch gear mounted to the first shaft; a second gear mounted to the first shaft; a third freewheel clutch gear mounted to the second shaft and engaged with the second gear; and a fourth gear mounted to the second shaft and engaged with the first gear. When the first shaft rotational speed is greater than the second shaft rotational speed, the first shaft drives the second shaft via the second and third gear, the first gear being overrun; and when the second shaft rotational speed is greater than the first shaft rotational speed, the second shaft drives the first shaft via the fourth and first gear, the third gear being overrun.

GEARBOX WITH CONFIGURABLE IDLER GEAR

A gearbox includes a housing, input shaft, and a geartrain. An input gear fixed to the input shaft is rotatable about an input axis. An idler gear is rotatable about an idler gear axis and supported by a mount. Output gear(s) are rotated from the idler gear. The mount includes a mount pin extending along a mount axis through the idler gear and an opening in the housing, and an eccentric bushing positioned around the mount pin and centrally within the idler gear. The eccentric bushing is rotatable about the mount axis to alter an offset between the input axis and the idler gear axis. A fastener can lock a position of the bushing in relation to the housing. The fastener is engageable in a first/second hole of the housing to accommodate a first/second gear ratio between the input gear and the output gear(s).
