Lubricant filter for a turbine engine
An assembly is provided for a turbine engine. This turbine engine assembly includes a journal bearing and a filter. The journal bearing has an internal bearing bore. The filter is arranged within the internal bearing bore. The filter includes a tubular filter element and a first end cap. The tubular filter element extends axially along an axis between a first end and a second end. A perforated portion of the tubular filter element is radially disposed away from the journal bearing by a cavity. The first end cap is mounted to the tubular filter element at the first end. The first end cap is sealed radially against the journal bearing by a first interference fit.
OIL PURIFICATION FILTER
An oil purification filter for purifying a contaminated oil includes a filter body having a first portion and a second portion, where at least the first portion is impregnated with a separation aid. The separation aid is substantially insoluble in the contaminated oil because of its polar properties, and the separation aid is configured to adsorb/absorb contaminating solids or dissolved impurities in the contaminated oil by chemical interactions. The filter body may comprise one or more sheets of cellulose fibers.
COOLING AND LUBRICATING SYSTEM OF SPEED-UP GEAR BOX OF WIND POWER UNIT AND LOW-TEMPERATURE STARTING METHOD THEREOF
A lubricant cooler, a cooling and lubricating system of a speed-up gear box, a wind power unit and a low-temperature starting method of the wind power unit. The lubricant cooler includes a radiating plate and a one-way valve arranged on a lubricant conveying pipeline, wherein the radiating plate and the one-way valve are arranged in parallel, and the one-way valve and/or the lubricant conveying pipeline in communication with the one-way valve are integrated on the radiating plate. The lubricant cooler can solve the problem that, when the wind power unit is started at a low temperature, the cooling and lubricating system of the speed-up gear box causes the shut-down of the wind power unit because the lubricant blocks the radiating plate.
SENSOR AND GEAR DEVICE
The present application discloses a sensor provided with a detection portion that detects a foreign substance of a predetermined size or larger generated in a lubricant in a gear device and an output portion that, upon the detection portion detecting the foreign substance, outputs information indicating that the foreign substance has been detected.
Dual-clutch automatic transmission cooling and lubrication hydraulic control system and vehicle
The present invention discloses a dual-clutch automatic transmission cooling and lubrication hydraulic control system and a vehicle. The dual-clutch automatic transmission cooling and lubrication hydraulic control system comprises a clutch lubrication control valve whose outlet end is connected with a clutch lubricating oil circuit, a gear lubrication control valve whose outlet end is connected with a gear and bearing lubricating oil circuit, the inlet end of the gear lubrication control valve being connected with the inlet end of the clutch lubrication control valve in parallel at the first common end, further comprises a mechanical pump and an electronic pump whose inlet ends are connected to an oil tank respectively. The outlet end of the mechanical pump and the outlet end of the electronic pump are connected in the second common end in parallel, and a cooler disposed between the first common end and the second common end. The dual-clutch automatic transmission cooling and lubrication hydraulic control system disclosed herein have a variety of working modes, reducing the defects such as large displacement of the mechanical pump when working alone.
Pump unit for providing a hydraulic pressure for actuating an actuator in the drive train of a motor vehicle
A pump unit provides a hydraulic pressure for actuating an actuator in the drive train of a motor vehicle, in particular a clutch actuator or gearbox actuator. The pump unit includes a pump, a storage container for hydraulic fluid, and at least one solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is arranged within the storage container such that it is surrounded by hydraulic fluid.
DRIVE DEVICE
In a drive device, a first flow path of a fluid connects a gear accommodation portion and an inlet of a pump. A second flow path connects an outlet of the pump and one end of a third flow path via a cooler. The third flow path is inside a partition wall of a housing and intersects a rotation axis of a first shaft. A fourth flow path connects another end of the third flow path and one end of a fifth flow path. The fifth flow path is inside a gear side lid of the housing. Another end of the fifth flow path is connected to one end of a second shaft in an axial direction. One end of a sixth flow path is connected to another end of the third flow path. Another end of the sixth flow path is inside a housing tubular portion.
OIL STRAINER
A casing includes: a flat portion housing a filter; an oil outlet cylinder projecting from the flat portion, having a cylindrical shape, and being provided with an oil outlet opening at a distal end; and an extension portion extending a flow passage cross section of a proximal end portion of the oil outlet cylinder in a width direction of the flat portion.
Circulating coolant fluid in hybrid electrical propulsion systems
A hybrid propulsion system includes a heat engine configured to drive a heat engine shaft. An electric motor configured to drive a motor shaft. A transmission system is connected to receive rotational input power from each of the heat engine shaft and the motor shaft and to convert the rotation input power to output power. A first lubrication/coolant system is connected for circulating a first lubricant/coolant fluid through the heat engine. A second lubricant/coolant system in fluid isolation from the first lubrication/coolant system is connected for circulating a second lubricant/coolant fluid through the electric motor.
POWER UNIT FOR VEHICLE
An engine power unit for a vehicle has a crankcase made up of tow left and right crankcase members, and a lubricant feed pump disposed in one crankcase member in such a fashion that one side surface of pump rotors of the feed pump lies on the mating surface of the crankcase members. The feed pump is mounted on one end of the shaft of the feed pump while a drive gear for rotating the shaft is disposed on the opposite end of the shaft. A lubricant oil filter to which oil is delivered from the feed pump is disposed on the other crankcase member. Thus, the structure for supplying lubricating oil is simplified, and the power unit is reduced in size in its entirety.
