The filter unit (1) comprises: a housing element (3) with an open first side and an open opposing, second side, the housing element (3) comprising a first set of filter element supporting elements (23); a first cover (5) sealingly connected to the first side of the housing element (3); a second, different cover (7) sealingly connected to the second side of the housing element (3), the second cover (7) comprising a second set of filter element supporting elements (25); a filter unit inlet (9); a filter unit outlet; a first filter element (13) for providing a fine filtering property of the liquid; and a second filter element (21) arranged between the first filter element (13) and the inlet (9) for providing a coarse filtering property of the liquid. The second filter element (21) is clamped between the second cover and the housing element (3) by the first and second set of filter element supporting elements (23, 25).

A straddle vehicle includes: a prime mover; a hydraulically actuated main clutch disposed in a power transmission route between the prime mover and a drive wheel; an oil control valve unit that controls flow of a hydraulic oil supplied to the main clutch; and a power unit case including a case body and a cover removably mounted on the case body, the power unit case accommodating at least the main clutch. The coolant line system (8) fluidically connects the coolant pump (5) to the heat exchanger (7), and the heat exchanger (7) to the single coolant inlet (10) of the coolant reservoir (9). The coolant reservoir (9) receives coolant (6) from the heat exchanger (7) via the single coolant inlet (10) and directs coolant (6) via the multiple coolant outlets (11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5) onto components in the housing (3) requiring cooling and lubrication.

A first inlet and outlet can be disposed on a second side, and a second inlet and outlet can be disposed on a third side. Respective inlet are fluidly coupled with an inlet passage in the head, which is fluidly coupled with an intake portion of the filter headers. Respective outlets are fluidly coupled with an outlet passage in the head, which is fluidly coupled with an outflow portion of the filter headers.
