Transmission of power and data by means of an oil bushing ring
An arrangement includes a structure affixed to a housing, a planetary carrier mounted rotatably in the structure affixed to the housing, an oil bushing ring, and a first means and a second means for contactless power transmission. The oil bushing ring forms a lubricant-conducting joint between the structure affixed to the housing and the planetary carrier. The structure affixed to the housing has the first means and the oil bushing ring has the second means.
Power transmission device
A power transmission device includes a box, a case disposed in the box, a differential mechanism housed in the case, and a planetary gear mechanism disposed in the box and supported by the case. The planetary gear mechanism includes a sun gear and a pinion gear that engages with the sun gear. The box has a shelf part above a horizontal line that passes through a revolution center of the pinion gear. The shelf part is arranged at a position that does not overlap the sun gear when viewed from radially above.
Transmission for a motor vehicle
A transmission for a motor vehicle includes a housing and a gear set. An oil drainage channel is formed by the housing and/or by an element connected to the housing and is arranged spatially underneath the gear set. The oil drainage channel includes at least one gear set-side inlet port, a closed underside, and an oil sump-side outlet port at one end of the oil drainage channel, which are designed and arranged in such that oil from the gear set enters the oil drainage channel through the at least one inlet port and is guided along the closed underside to the outlet port. A suction port of a hydraulic unit of the transmission is arranged in the oil sump spatially underneath the closed underside of the oil drainage channel and axially offset with respect to the outlet port.
Mechanical reducer
The present invention relates to a mechanical reducer (6) for a turbomachine, in particular an aircraft, this reducer (6) including: a sun gear extending around an axis (61) of rotation, a crown which extends around the sun gear and which is configured to be fixed in rotation around said axis (61), planet gears which are meshed with the sun gear and the crown and which are held by a planet carrier (62) which is configured to be movable in rotation about said axis (61), In addition, the oil distributor (65) comprises a plurality of oil distribution modules (67) assembled together, each module (67) comprising at least one lubrication pipe (68) having an inlet intended to receive oil and an outlet (69) adapted to lead the oil into an opening (63) of the planet carrier (62), the opening (63) being intended for lubricating the reducer.
LINEAR DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A linear drive assembly configured for use within a power end assembly. The linear drive assembly is configured to interconnect a crankshaft and a pony rod and comprises a crosshead assembly attached to a connecting rod assembly. In one or more embodiments disclosed herein, the connecting rod assembly is configured to attach to opposite sides of the crosshead assembly so that no portion of the connecting rod assembly is disposed within an interior of a crosshead included in the crosshead assembly.
Oil baffle for gas turbine fan drive gear system
A method of assembling an epicyclic gear train includes positioning a carrier, the carrier being a unitary structure with side walls and mounts unitary with one another, inserting intermediate gears through a central opening of the carrier, moving each of the intermediate gears into intermediate gear pockets, inserting baffles into the carrier, inserting a sun gear through the central opening, and moving the intermediate gears to intermesh with the sun gear, and moving a ring gear into engagement with the intermediate gears.
TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A transmission device includes a planetary reduction gear and a differential device, wherein a carrier of the reduction gear is dividedly formed from a first carrier portion that supports one end side of a pivot shaft and a second carrier portion that supports the other end side of the pivot shaft, and has a power-transmission case that is supported on a transmission case and includes a power-transmission case main body in which the differential case and the second carrier portion are integrated and the first carrier portion, which is joined to one end wall of the power-transmission case main body, a bearing boss portion is integrally and projectingly provided on a side face, on the sun gear side, of the one end wall, the bearing boss portion extending toward the sun gear side and having an outer peripheral part of one of output shafts rotatably fitted into and supported thereby, the bearing boss portion is present at a position where it overlaps the sun gear at least partially in an axial direction, and an outer peripheral part of the bearing boss portion is relatively rotatably fitted into a center hole of the sun gear.
Gear system
A gear system is disclosed. The gear system has a structure in which oil churned by a gear is dispensed to at least one of a hollow space or a bearing, thereby effectively lubricating components. For example, the gear system includes a first shaft comprising a hollow space, a first gear arranged at an outer circumference of the first shaft, a second gear externally engaged with the first gear, a bearing arranged at the outer circumference of the first shaft, a housing surrounding the first gear and the second gear, and an oil guide plate disposed between the first shaft and the housing to dispense oil churned by the second gear to the hollow space of the first shaft and the bearing coupled to the first shaft.
VEHICLE DRIVE DEVICE
A vehicle drive device includes: a first oil passage that supplies oil discharged from the first hydraulic pump to the second transmission system; a second oil passage that supplies oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump to the first transmission system; a third oil passage that supplies the oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump to the first rotating electrical machine; and a fourth oil passage that supplies the oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump to the second rotating electrical machine.
