Hydraulic Gerotor pump for automatic transmission
A hydraulic gerotor pump for an automatic transmission may comprise a housing and a gear set rotatably disposed within the housing. The gear set may comprise an inner gear and an outer gear having radially opposed intermeshing teeth that together define a plurality of circumferentially disposed variable volume pumping chambers therebetween. The housing may be made of a first aluminum-based material, and the inner gear and the outer gear of the gear set may be made of a second aluminum-based material. The linear coefficient of thermal expansion of the first aluminum-based material may be substantially the same as that of the second aluminum-based material.
Gearbox with integrated submersible lubricant pump
A gear box includes a casing having an interior. A rotating component is arranged in the interior of the casing. A bearing including a rotating element, and a fixed element is connected with the casing in the interior. A submersible pump is arranged in the interior of the casing. The submersible pump includes a first housing portion extending about the rotating component fixedly mounted to the casing at the interior. A second housing portion is fixedly mounted to the casing at the interior and is aligned with the first housing portion. The first and second housing portions form a lubricant reservoir which holds lubricant. An impeller is mounted to the rotating component and arranged in the lubricant reservoir. One of the first and second housing portions includes an outlet through which the pumped lubricant is directed toward the rotating element.
Pumping device for a transmission and transmission comprising such a pumping device
In order to enable efficient operation and reliable heat dissipation in a transmission, a pumping device (10) for lowering the internal pressure in a transmission (100) is equipped with a suction line (18), which leads from a suction point (20) on a connection side (14) to a discharge point (22) on a discharge side (16), a pump (24) for generating negative pressure at the suction point (20), a pump drive (26) for driving the pump (24), and an oil separator (28) connected upstream or downstream of the pump (24) in the suction line (18) that separates oil contained in the suction flow and returns it via a return line (30) to the connection side (14), and a check valve (34) connected downstream, preferably directly downstream, of the pump (24). A transmission (100) with such a pumping device (10), a use of a pumping device (10) and a method for reducing power losses in a transmission (100) are disclosed.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device includes a power transmission mechanism, an oil pump, a first electric wire, a controller and a control unit. The power transmission mechanism is arranged in a first chamber. The oil pump is arranged in a second chamber. The control unit is connected with the controller via the first electric wire. The first electric wire is provided inside the second chamber, and is arranged at a position that does not overlap with the oil pump when viewed along a first direction that is a direction facing from the oil pump to the controller.
DRIVING ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE HAVING SAME
A driving assembly includes a driving motor with a motor shaft, a transmission, first and second intermediate shafts, a power input shaft, a first output shaft and a second output shaft. The transmission includes a casing coupled to a housing of the driving motor, the power input shaft includes a power input end coupled to the driving motor, and power is transmitted between the first output shaft and the power input shaft and between the second output shaft and the power input shaft. The first and second intermediate shafts sequentially transmit power, power is transmitted between the first intermediate shaft and the power input shaft, and the second intermediate shaft simultaneously transmits power to the first output shaft and the second output shaft.
Hydraulic control device
In a hydraulic control device switchable between a first state in which a first oil is supplied from a first pump to a hydraulic operation part via a bypass valve and a second state in which the first oil supplied from the first pump is pressurized by using the second pump and the pressurized first oil is supplied, as a second oil, to the hydraulic operation part, control that adds a correction hydraulic pressure of a predetermined amount to the hydraulic pressure of the oil discharged from a valve for adjusting the pressure of the oil supplied to the hydraulic operation part is performed when the second state is switched to the first state due to a stop or a low rotation state of the second pump.
Hydraulic oil filter system for a motor vehicle transmission
The invention relates to a pressure oil filter system for a hydraulic transmission, in particular for a motor vehicle transmission, comprising at least one oil pump which can be actuated as required and which has a pressure side and a suction side, a pressure line to a consumer and at least a first oil filter which is arranged at the pressure side of the oil pump in the pressure line, wherein means for damping pressure surges during intermittent operation of the oil pump are provided in the pressure line upstream of the first oil filter in the flow direction of the oil.
