The transmission includes a casing coupled to a housing of the driving motor, the power input shaft includes a power input end coupled to the driving motor, and power is transmitted between the first output shaft and the power input shaft and between the second output shaft and the power input shaft. The first and second intermediate shafts sequentially transmit power, power is transmitted between the first intermediate shaft and the power input shaft, and the second intermediate shaft simultaneously transmits power to the first output shaft and the second output shaft.
Vehicle drive device
A vehicle drive device includes: a rotary electric machine; a drive transmission mechanism provided in a power transmission path connecting a rotor shaft of the rotary electric machine and a wheel; a first hydraulic pump driven by a driving force transmitted through the power transmission path; a second hydraulic pump driven by a driving force source independent of the power transmission path; a first oil passage that supplies oil discharged from the first hydraulic pump to a rotor bearing that supports the rotor shaft such that the rotor shaft is rotatable; and a second oil passage that supplies oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump to an inner peripheral surface of the rotor shaft.
Drive device
A drive device includes a first shaft, a gear portion, a lubricant flow path, and a housing. A gear portion having a second shaft is connected to an end portion of the first shaft in the axial direction. A side plate portion of the housing separates a motor tubular portion surrounding a motor accommodation portion that accommodates a rotor and a stator and a gear tubular portion surrounding a gear accommodation portion that accommodates the gear portion. First and second bearing holding portions disposed in the side plate portion rotatably support the first and second shafts via the first and second bearings, respectively. A lubricant supply portion that is disposed radially outward of the stator and supplies lubricant to the stator includes a lubricant flow path through which lubricant can flow. The lubricant flow path is connected to at least one of the first and second bearing holding portions.
Driving force transmission apparatus
The continuously variable transmission includes a transmission case having a side cover, a housing, and a case sandwiched between the side cover and the housing, an oil pump disposed in the transmission case, and a pair of gears disposed in the transmission case. An axial rib having a linear shape extending from the side cover toward the housing is formed on an outer wall surface of the case at a position adjacent to the pair of gears. The axial rib is positioned on a straight line extending from the oil pump in the vertical direction and is locally positioned at a position where the meshing reaction force of the pair of gears is suppressed.
System, method, and apparatus for operating a high efficiency, high output transmission
A transmission includes an input shaft and an output shaft, the input shaft selectively accepting a torque input from a prime mover, and the output shaft selectively providing torque output to a driveline. A controller determines a shaft displacement angle representing an angle value of rotational displacement difference between at least two shafts of the transmission, and performs a transmission operation responsive to the shaft displacement angle.
ELECTRIC DRIVE MODULE CONFIGURED AS A BEAM AXLE
An electrically-operated electric drive module for use in a vehicle framework that is configured for a powertrain that includes an internal combustion engine. The electrically-operated electric drive module permits the vehicle to be converted to an electrically propelled vehicle in a manner that is cost-effective and which is relatively low in weight.
Power transmission unit
A power transmission unit in which an oil pump is arranged without extending a shaft length. In the power transmission unit, an input shaft, a first rotary machine, a differential mechanism, and an output shaft are arranged coaxially. The power transmission unit comprise: a first clutch that engages a first movable member connected to an input element of the differential mechanism with a first engagement section formed on another rotary element; a second clutch that engages a second movable member connected to the output element of the differential mechanism with a second engagement section formed on another rotary element; a drive gear mounted on the input element; a driven gear meshed with the drive gear; and an oil pump connected to the driven gear.
DRIVE APPARATUS
A motor having a motor shaft rotatable about a motor axis; a power transmission having gears and connected to the motor shaft; a housing having a motor housing portion accommodating the motor and a gear accommodation portion accommodating the power transmission; a fluid contained in the housing; and a fluid channel through which the fluid flows, in which a reservoir storing the fluid above the motor axis is provided in the inside of the gear accommodation portion. The fluid channel includes an external supply channel for supplying the fluid from an outside of the motor to the motor, and an internal supply channel for supplying the fluid to a hollow portion of the motor shaft. The reservoir has a first supply port and a second supply port. The external supply channel is connected to a first supply port. The internal supply channel is connected to a second supply port.
PLANETARY GEAR BOX AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A PLANETARY GEAR BOX AND GAS TURBINE ENGINE HAVING AT LEAST TWO CENTRAL SHAFTS AND HAVING A PLANETARY GEAR BOX
A planetary gearbox of a gas turbine engine has a planet gear which, via a bearing, is arranged rotatably on a planet pin of a rotatable planet carrier. Oil is introduced through an opening, arranged radially within the bearing, into an oil feed which is open at a feed side and which is connected to the bearing and rotationally joined to the carrier. As the carrier rotates, the oil downstream of the opening is conducted toward the bearing unit by centrifugal force. The open oil feed is, between the opening and the bearing, configured an oil filter through which the oil is conducted. The filter extends counter to the flow direction of the oil from the opening in the direction of the bearing unit, in a flow direction of the oil in the open oil feed.
OFFSET TRANSFER CASE PUMP WITH LUBRICATION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A transfer case includes a mainshaft, an oil distribution device, and a lubricating pump, with the lubricating pump having a pumpshaft offset from the axis of the mainshaft. The transfer case includes a rear housing in which the lubricating pump housing is disposed in radially offset location, where lubricating oil is drawn via suction to the pump housing from a sump at the bottom of the transfer case. The pump pressurizes the oil and delivers the oil via passageways extending between the radially offset pump and the oil distribution device, which surrounds the mainshaft. The passageways may be provided in a manifold block that is fixed to the housing. The manifold block may provide an anti-rotation feature to the oil distribution device, such that drag on the oil distribution device caused by rotation of the mainshaft is counteracted.
