VEHICLE SYSTEM WITH MULTI-SPEED TRANSMISSION
Methods and systems for a vehicle transmission are provided. A transmission system includes, in one example, an intermediate shaft rotationally coupled to an input shaft and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is configured to receive rotational input from an electric machine. The system further includes a first gear coupled to the intermediate shaft, and a plurality of clutches coupled to the input shaft and the output shaft and configured to in a first mode, transfer power directly between a second gear coupled to the input shaft, the first gear, and a third gear coupled to the output shaft, and in a second mode, transfer power indirectly between the second gear, the first gear, and/or the third gear.
Air vent structure of oil pump for automatic transmission, and method for assembling air vent structure
An automatic transmission has an oil pump driven by a travelling driving source. An air vent structure that expels air bubbles contained in automatic transmission fluid during pump operation has an air vent hole whose one end communicates with an outlet port of the oil pump and whose other end opens toward the oil pan. An air vent tube is connected to an opening end of the air vent hole. The air vent tube is extended up to a strainer lower side gap area located between a strainer and the oil pan, and a tube opening end of the air vent tube is placed in oil of the automatic transmission fluid.
HYDRAULIC ARRANGEMENT FOR A VEHICLE TRANSMISSION
A hydraulic arrangement for a vehicle transmission includes a hydraulic system path leading to a hydraulic system circuit with a system pressure, a hydraulic lubrication path leading to a hydraulic lubrication circuit with a lubrication pressure, and a branching point connected to an output side of the system and lubrication paths. A variable displacement pump or a pump combination includes at least two fixed displacement pumps hydraulically connected to an input side of the branching point, and a variable displacement pump or at least one fixed displacement pump are hydraulically connected to the output side of the branching point and integrated into the hydraulic system path.
Electric oil pump system
An electric oil pump system allows the cooling of an electric oil pump (EOP) and an oil pump controller (OPU) to be performed efficiently in the vehicle equipped with the electric oil pump. An electric oil pump of the system includes a pumping part that is operated by power of a motor to suction and direct pressurized oil. An oil pump controller operates the electric oil pump. A water-cooled cooling apparatus cools the oil pump controller using coolant and an oil-cooled cooling apparatus cools the electric oil pump using oil. The coolant of the water-cooled cooling apparatus and the oil of the oil-cooled cooling apparatus pass through a heat exchanger and as the coolant and oil pass therethrough, heat exchange is achieved.
AUTOMATIC GEARBOX FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AS WELL AS A MOTOR VEHICLE
An automatic gearbox for a motor vehicle includes a lubricating or cooling device, a hydraulic pump having a first pump connection via which, in a forward operation of the hydraulic pump, the lubricating or cooling device can be supplied with a hydraulic fluid conveyed by the hydraulic pump during forward operation and thus flows through the first pump connection, and with a parking lock, which can be moved between an engaged state and a disengaged state and has a first operating space, into which the hydraulic fluid conveyed by the hydraulic pump during forward operation can be introduced so that the parking lock is hydraulically operable and an adjustment of the parking lock from one of the states into the other state can thereby be effected.
Seal structure and transmission including the same
A seal structure between an oil outlet formed in a first case and an oil inlet formed in a second case and having an end face facing an end face of the oil outlet with a clearance between the end faces, the seal structure including an annular first seal disposed in an increased-diameter hole, which is formed on an outlet side or an inlet side of an oil passage in one of the oil outlet and the oil inlet and has a larger diameter than the oil passage, such that the first seal contacts a step surface located at a boundary between the oil passage and the increased-diameter hole; and an annular second seal harder than the first seal and disposed in the increased-diameter hole such that the second seal contacts the first seal and the end face of the other of the oil outlet and the oil inlet.
Systems and Methods For Content Delivery Acceleration of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Web Pages
Among other things, this document describes systems, devices, and methods for improving the delivery and performance of web pages authored to produce virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) experiences. In some embodiments, such web pages are analyzed. This analysis may be initiated at the request of a content server that receives a client request for the HTML. The analysis may involve, asynchronous to the client request, loading the page into a non-user-facing browser environment and allowing the VR or AR scene to execute, even including executing animation routines for a predetermined period of time. Certain characteristics of the scene and of objects are thereby captured. Based on this information, an object list ordered by loading priority is prepared. Consulting this information in response to subsequent requests for the page, a content server can implement server push, early hints and/or other delivery enhancements.
Oil guide device
The present invention provides an oil guide device including a body part, an oil flow path extending from one surface of the body part and coupled to an inner diameter portion of a pinion shaft, a first guide configured to allow oil scattering in an automatic transmission to be introduced into an inner diameter portion of the oil flow path, the first guide being disposed on the other surface of the body part and configured to surround the inner diameter portion of the oil flow path, and a second guide extending from an outer diameter portion of the other surface of the body part and configured to surround the first guide, the second guide being configured to guide the remaining oil, which is not directed toward the first guide, to a desired component.

Drop-in lube-on-demand valve and kit
A drop-in lube boost valve assembly replaces an OE lube boost valve assembly in a vehicle transmission hydraulic circuit. The OE valve assembly has a valve body with inlet, balancing and outlet ports. The drop-in valve assembly includes a sleeve having inlet and outlet ports, and a bore extending between and fluidically connecting the ports. The drop-in valve ports are spaced from each other. The sleeve includes valve and spring chambers. A valve has a valve face, a sealing portion and a spring stem and is positioned in the sleeve with the sealing portion positioned in the sleeve bore. A spring is positioned on the spring stem. The valve reciprocates in the sleeve between an open state in which the sealing portion does not overlie the sleeve outlet port and a closed state in which the sealing portion overlies and closes off the outlet port.
