MARINE PROPULSION DEVICE
A marine propulsion device includes a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a case, a partition wall, and a first flow path. The case includes an internal space in which the first gear, the second gear, and the third gear are located. The partition wall is located between the second gear and the third gear in the internal space. The partition wall partitions the internal space into a first space and a second space. The second gear is located in the first space. The third gear is located in the second space. The first flow path communicates the first space with the second space. The first flow path is located on a same side as the first gear with respect to a center line of the second gear and the third gear.
Pressurized aeration prevention reservoir
An agricultural vehicle transmission may comprise a housing comprising a bulkhead where the bulkhead may divide the housing into a sump and a reservoir. The bulkhead may comprise an opening configured to fluidly couple the sump and the reservoir. A plurality of transmission gears may be disposed in the reservoir of the housing. The opening in the bulkhead may balance the vehicle transmission system to remove excess oil in the sump and away from the plurality of transmission gears.
Pump Stage Assembly, External Gear Pump, Use Of A Pump Stage Assembly and Vehicle Transmission
A pump stage assembly for supplying lubricating oil, comprising: at least two pump suction stages and at least one pump pressure stage. The pump suction stages and the pump pressure stage are spaced apart from one another in a pump housing PG and have a common drive shaft. The pump suction stages are formed by a first assembly of at least three intermeshing external gearwheels and wherein the pump pressure stage is formed by a second assembly of two intermeshing external gearwheels. Here at least two respective tooth center points of the first external gearwheel assembly and the respective tooth center points of the second external gearwheel assembly are arranged in a common plane E-E which intersects the pump housing PG in a longitudinal direction.
Driving machine module
A compressor module is provided with: a driving machine that has an output shaft driven to rotate about an axis; a gear part having at least a first gear that rotates integrally with the output shaft and a second gear that rotates integrally with an input shaft of a load device; a storage tank that is arranged below the gear part in the vertical direction so as to support the gear part and that stores lubricating oil; a base plate that supports the driving machine and the storage tank; and a gear support part that supports the gear part with respect to the storage tank so as to be relatively movable in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the vertical direction.
TRANSMISSION LUBRICATION SYSTEM
A transmission lubrication system for a vehicle providing a continuous return flow of a lubricant. The transmission lubrication system includes a differential housing, a transmission housing, a lubricant tank, a suction line, a lubricant pump, and an air suction pump. The transmission housing is connected to the differential housing in an air-tight manner and a lubricant through-passage is provided between the transmission housing and the differential housing. The lubricant tank is provided in the differential housing and has a lubricant suction opening in a lower region. The lubricant pump conveys lubricant from the lubricant tank through the suction line and conducts the lubricant to the lubrication points in the differential housing and transmission housing. The air suction pump pumps air from the lubricant tank into the transmission housing so that an excess air pressure is maintained in the transmission housing.
Transfer gearbox device
A transfer gearbox device, comprising a differential gear with a crown wheel in a first oil chamber, and a friction clutch in a second oil chamber. The first oil chamber comprises a first oil sump and the second oil chamber comprises a second oil sump. A valve is between the first oil chamber and the second oil chamber. When the valve is open, oil can pass via the valve out of the first oil chamber into the second oil chamber. When the valve is closed, oil cannot pass via the valve out of the first oil chamber. When the valve is open, by rotating the crown wheel, oil is conveyed by the crown wheel from the first oil sump into a first oil collector and is guided therefrom via a first oil guide and via the valve to the friction clutch cool and/or to lubricate the friction clutch.
Transmission device and oil guidance structure provided therein
A transmission device is provided having a transmission housing, a gear set received in the transmission device having a first gear wheel, which is rotatable about a first gear wheel axis, and a second gear wheel, which engages the first gear wheel and is rotatable abut a second gear wheel axis. In a lateral region of the first gear wheel, there is an oil guidance structure, which is designed as a component produced separately from the transmission housing, and comprises an orifice segment extending radially to the first gear wheel axis, and extends at least in part about the first transmission axis and forms a first lateral surface facing the gear wheel, leaving an intermediate space.
Hybrid Drive Unit and Drive Train for a Motor Vehicle
A hybrid drive unit (HY, G) for a motor vehicle includes a housing (GG), in which a torque converter (TC) and an electric machine (EM) are accommodated. The electric machine (EM) and the torque converter (TC) are arranged directly next to each other such that the electric machine (EM) is arranged at a first face end (TC1) of the torque converter housing (TCG). An oil guide shell (LS) at least partially encompasses a section of the torque converter (TC). The oil guide shell (LS) has an L-shaped cross-section including a first section (LS1) and a second section (LS2) and is arranged in such that the first section (LS1) partially encompasses a second face end (TC2) of the torque converter housing (TCG) and the second section (LS2) partially encompasses a circumferential surface of the torque converter housing (TCG).
