SYSTEMS FOR A DRIVE AXLE
Methods and systems for a drive axle. The drive axle includes a central portion including a differential assembly, the differential assembly including axle shaft side gears with a plurality of fins in contact with lubricant of an axle housing, and an arm portion including axle shafts, the arm portion including an inner inclined surface to guide oil toward the central portion and a plurality of holes distributed axially.
SEALING ASSEMBLY, HYDRAULIC TORQUE CONVERTER AND VEHICLE
A sealing assembly for a torque converter includes a hub mounted on a drive shaft and having an axial extension portion, and a sealing member disposed between the axial extension portion of the hub and the drive shaft and arranged to seal a portion between the hub and the drive shaft. The hub further includes an inner radial extension portion extending from the axial extension portion toward the drive shaft, and the inner radial extension portion and the axial extension portion define an accommodation space for accommodating the sealing member. The above-mentioned sealing assembly can be included in a torque converter, and the torque converted can be included in a vehicle.
Motor unit
Provided is a unit including: a housing configured to accommodate a planetary gear mechanism, in which the housing includes a flow path through which a coolant flows, the planetary gear mechanism includes a ring gear fixed to the housing, and the flow path has a portion that overlaps the ring gear when viewed in a radial direction.
Offset transfer case pump with lubrication distribution system
A transfer case includes a mainshaft with a drive gear rotationally fixed thereto, a combined oil device, and a lubricating pump driven by the drive gear, with the lubricating pump offset from the axis of the mainshaft. The transfer case includes a rear housing, where lubricating oil is drawn from a sump at the bottom of the transfer case. The pump pressurizes the oil and delivers the oil via passageways from the radially offset pump to an annular chamber of the combined oil device. The passageways may be provided in a manifold block that is fixed to the housing. The annular chamber surrounds the mainshaft and provides fluid into a central passage thereof. The combined oil device is axially between the drive gear and a rear extension of the rear housing, and includes a sealing ring that delimits the annular chamber and separates it from the rear extension.
Rotary machine
The disclosure provides rotary machines that include, in one embodiment, a rotatable shaft defining a central axis A, the shaft having a first end and a second end. The shaft can have a first hub disposed thereon with a plurality of cavities. At least one contour is slidably received into an arcuate cavity in an exterior surface of the hub. The contour has a convex outer surface that cooperates with an inwardly facing curved surface of a housing to form a working volume.
