TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR AIRCRAFT POWERPLANT
A transmission system for an aircraft powerplant includes a transmission shaft is provided. An input end of the transmission shaft is sleeved with a driven gear, one end of the driven gear is axially limited, and the other end of the transmission shaft is configured to connect a rotating member; and an end of the driven gear is in transmission connection with a stop hub, the stop hub is in transmission connection with an overload clutch, the overload clutch is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft, an end of the overload clutch away from the stop hub abuts against one end of a disc spring member, the other end of the disc spring member is axially limited, and a force value of the overload clutch is a fixed value.
Lubrication system for power transmission unit
A lubrication system for a power transmission unit that supplies oil to a starting clutch in an appropriate amount irrespective of an engagement state of the starting clutch. When the friction clutch is completely engaged or disengaged, a first control valve is brought into a low inflow rate mode, and the second control valve is brought into a low outflow rate mode. When the friction clutch is engaged while causing a slip the first control valve is brought into a high inflow rate mode, and the second control valve is brought a high outflow rate mode.
DRIVE DEVICE AND MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING A DRIVE DEVICE
A drive device and a motor vehicle, having at least one drive machine and at least one gearbox. The drive device has at least one cooling system, which is designed to apply a cooling medium to the at least one drive machine and to the at least one gearbox, at least in regions. The disclosure further relates to a motor vehicle having a drive device.
DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH LUBRICANT RESERVOIR
A drive assembly for a motor vehicle includes a housing having a transmission housing chamber, a reservoir, and a clutch housing chamber. At least one of the transmission housing chamber or the clutch housing chamber are fluidically connected to the reservoir. A transmission is disposed in the transmission housing chamber. A clutch is disposed in the clutch housing chamber. The clutch is drivingly connected to the transmission. An actuator has an actuating element engaged with the clutch. The clutch is moveable by the actuating element between a disengaged position and an engaged position. A valve is operatively connected to the actuating element of the actuator to allow lubricant flow from the reservoir to at least one of the transmission housing chamber and the clutch housing chamber when the clutch is in the engaged position and to prevent lubricant flow from the reservoir when the clutch is in the disengaged position
OIL SUPPLY DEVICE AND VEHICLE DRIVE TRANSMISSION DEVICE
An oil supply device has: a first hydraulic pump driven by power transmitted through a power transmission path; a second hydraulic pump driven by a second driving force source independent from the power transmission path; a first supply oil passage that supplies oil discharged by the first hydraulic pump to a lubrication required part of a transmission; and a second supply oil passage that supplies oil discharged by the second hydraulic pump to a hydraulic drive portion of a specific engagement device.
OIL SUPPLY DEVICE AND VEHICLE DRIVE TRANSMISSION DEVICE
An oil supply device has: a first hydraulic pump driven by power transmitted through a power transmission path; a second hydraulic pump driven by a second driving force source independent from the power transmission path; and a hydraulic circuit. In a specific state in which a first forward speed is formed by oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump being supplied to a hydraulic drive portion, when a failure occurs in which a discharge pressure of the second hydraulic pump is decreased, a state of the hydraulic circuit is switched from a first state in which oil discharged from the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the hydraulic drive portion to a second state in which oil discharged from the first hydraulic pump is supplied to the hydraulic drive portion.
VEHICLE DRIVELINE COMPONENT HAVING ROTATABLE LUBRICANT PATHWAY FOR TRANSMITTING LUBRICATING FLUID TO DESIRED LOCATION
A vehicle driveline component having a housing, a shaft received in the housing, a lubricant pathway coupled to the shaft for rotation therewith, a sleeve disposed coaxially about the lubricant pathway, and a fluid feed conduit coupled to the component housing. The lubricant pathway is disposed helically about an exterior surface of the shaft. The sleeve has a feed port. The fluid feed conduit having an outlet that is in fluid communication with the feed port. Lubricant in the lubricant pathway that has been discharged from the outlet of the fluid feed conduit travels in a predetermined axial direction along the rotary axis of the shaft when the shaft rotates about the rotary axis in a predetermined rotational direction.
HYBRID VEHICLE
A hybrid vehicle includes: a crankcase having a main chamber formed in a case body and accommodating at least a crankshaft, an input shaft, an output shaft, and a gear train, the crankcase further having a subsidiary chamber formed between the case body and a cover and accommodating at least a main clutch; a rotary member disposed in the subsidiary chamber so as to be capable of power transmission to the input shaft; and a power transmission member that transmits drive power from a drive motor to the rotary member.
STRADDLE VEHICLE
A straddle vehicle includes: a prime mover; a hydraulically actuated main clutch; an oil control valve unit; a power unit case accommodating at least the main clutch; an oil pan mounted beneath the power unit case; a clutch-dedicated pump; a primary filter disposed in an oil passage between the oil pan and the clutch-dedicated pump; and a secondary filter disposed in an oil passage between the clutch-dedicated pump and the oil control valve unit. The primary filter and the secondary filter are mounted on a bottom surface of the power unit case and covered from below by the oil pan.
STRADDLE VEHICLE
A straddle vehicle includes: a prime mover; a hydraulically actuated main clutch disposed in a power transmission route between the prime mover and a drive wheel; an oil control valve unit that controls flow of a hydraulic oil supplied to the main clutch; and a power unit case including a case body and a cover removably mounted on the case body, the power unit case accommodating at least the main clutch. The oil control valve unit is secured to the case body.
