A routing system for an agricultural sprayer includes a support configured to operably couple with the sprayer. An adaptor is configured to transfer a flow therethrough. The adaptor is at least partially positioned within an envelope defined between a wheel assembly and laterally offset components of the sprayer. A conduit has a first section operably coupled with a first portion of the adaptor and a second section operably coupled with an opposing second portion of the adaptor. The first section and the second section of the conduit are configured to transfer the flow therethrough such that the flow is serially transferred through each of the first section of the conduit, the adaptor, and the second section of the conduit.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BOOM ASSEMBLY MOVEMENT OF AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER

The agricultural sprayer includes a frame and a tank supported on the frame, with the tank configured to store an agricultural fluid. Furthermore, the sprayer includes a boom assembly coupled to the frame and a plurality of nozzles supported on the boom assembly. Additionally, the sprayer includes first and second actuators configured to adjust the position of the boom assembly relative to the frame and an actuator control valve configured to control a flow of fluid to the first and second actuators. Moreover, the sprayer includes a first fluid conduit fluidly coupled between the first actuator and the actuator control valve and a second fluid conduit fluidly coupled between the second actuator and the actuator control valve. In addition, the sprayer includes a stabilization valve configured to selectively occlude the fluid from flowing between the first and second actuators via the first and second fluid conduits.

Precision agriculture implementation method by UAV systems and artificial intelligence image processing technologies

A precision agriculture implementation method by UAV systems and artificial intelligence image processing technologies provides an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a wireless communication device, a central control unit, and a spray device and a multispectral camera installed to the UAV. The farming area is divided into an array of blocks. The central control unit controls the UAV to fly over the blocks according to navigation parameters and the multispectral camera to capture a multispectral image of each block. A projected leaf area index (PLAI) and a normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) of each block are calculated by the multispectral image, and a spray control mode of the spray device of the corresponding block is set according to the PLAI and NDVI. The spray device is controlled to spray a water solution, salt solution, fertilizer solution, and/or pesticide solution to the corresponding block according to the spray control mode.

TREATING A TARGET VIA A MODULAR PRECISION DELIVERY SYSTEM

Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. The agricultural treatment system uses a treatment unit for spraying fluid at agricultural objects. The treatment unit is configured with a treatment head assembly that includes a moveable treatment head with one or more spraying tips. A first and second motor assembly are operated by the treatment unit to control the movement of the treatment head. The first motor assembly includes a first motor rotatable in a first rotational axis. A first linkage assembly is connected to the first motor and the treatment head assembly. The first linkage assembly is rotatable by the first motor. The second linkage assembly is rotatable by the second motor.

CLEANING SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER

A cleaning system for an agricultural sprayer may include a sprayer boom, a plurality of nozzle assemblies provided in association with the sprayer boom and configured to dispense an agricultural product during a spraying operation of the agricultural sprayer, a first cleaning fluid tank configured to hold a first cleaning fluid, and a nozzle assembly fluid circuit fluidly coupling the plurality of nozzle assemblies and the first cleaning fluid tank. Moreover, the cleaning system may include a cleaning station supported on the sprayer boom, the cleaning station comprising a first valve. Additionally, the cleaning system may include a first cleaning fluid circuit fluidly coupling the first valve and the first cleaning fluid tank. The first valve is configured to supply the first cleaning fluid therethrough when the first valve is in an open position.

MANAGEMENT OF CORN THROUGH SEMI-DWARF SYSTEMS

Methods for providing compositions to corn fields prior to harvesting are provided herein. These methods provide an extended time period for the use of lower height or standard height farm equipment in-season in corn fields, while reducing the risk of damage to the corn plants. These methods also allow for late season access with lower height or standard height farm equipment, while reducing the risk of damage to the corn plants.

METHODS FOR IMPROVED HYBRID CORN SEED PRODUCTION

Methods for improving the efficiency and productivity of hybrid corn seed production are provided herein. Various methods to improve the transfer of pollen from male corn plants to female corn plants, and thus increase yield, are provided herein. Without being limiting, these methods include varying the height of male and female corn plants in a field, as well as varying the number, arrangement, and ratio of male-to-female rows in a field.

Load-dependent trailer brake system and method of controlling such

A trailer brake system that generates load-dependent braking forces. Variable trailer load information is used to generate load-dependent control signals which serve to control an electrically-controlled proportional valve. A load sensing valve serves to modify brake command signals in dependence on a control pressure that is regulated by the proportional valve.
