Shift device
In a shift lever device, at a time when a shift lever is pivotally operated in a front-rear direction, a retainer and a link are pivoted integrally with the shift lever, and a pivot portion is pivoted in the front-rear direction. Further, at a time when the shift lever is pivotally operated in a left-right direction, the shift lever is pivoted with respect to the retainer, and the link is pivoted, and the pivot portion is thereby pivoted in the left-right direction. Moreover, a position of the pivot portion is detected by a detecting mechanism, and a shift position of the shift lever is detected. Therefore, the shift position of the shift lever can be detected via the link.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A BEARING ELEMENT OF A SHIFTING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE TRANSMISSION, AND BEARING ELEMENT AND SHIFTING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE TRANSMISSION
The invention relates to a method for the manufacturing of a bearing element of a shift device for a motor vehicle transmission. In a first process step a bearing element is provided, which comprises at least one projection and a coupling joint for the mechanical coupling of a selector lever in order to select a shift position of a motor vehicle transmission. The projection is overmolded by means of an assembly injection molding process with a bearing bushing material in order to form a bearing bushing to mount the bearing element in a moveable manner.
SHIFT DETECTION SYSTEM
A device for detecting the position of a shifter lever in a motor vehicle includes a 2D magnetic sensor and a dual magnet. The shifter lever is rotatably movable around a pivot axis and translationally moveable in a direction generally perpendicular to the pivot axis. The dual magnet coupled to the shifter lever at the pivot point and disposed proximate the 2D magnetic sensor. The dual magnet has a first magnet and a second magnet. The first magnet has a first pole pair and the second magnet has a second pole pair. The first pole pair is offset from the second pole pair.
