ELECTRONIC SHIFT CONTROL APPARATUS
An electronic shift control apparatus may include a shift dial that a user operates to select an R-range, an N-range (Nd-range and Nr-range), and a D-range, a P-range button which is operated to select a P-range, and a haptic motor that generates a haptic signal. When a driver shifts into a specific shifting range (R-range) of a vehicle by operating the shift dial, a haptic signal may be transmitted to the driver.

Selector unit
A selector unit includes a protruding portion and a dial member. The dial member is configured to be displaced between an initial position and a depressed position along an axial direction of the protruding portion, and to be rotationally operable in a circumferential direction when depressed to the depressed position. An offset angle at a rearward side when the dial member is at the initial position is greater than the offset angle at a forward side when the dial member is at the depressed position. The offset angle means an angle between an extended line obtained by extending an upper face of the protruding portion outwards in a radial direction and a tangential line in contact with both the upper face of the protruding portion and an upper face of the dial member, in a section including a rotation axis of the dial member.

Vehicle control system
A vehicle control system includes a controller configured to determine whether a vehicle is operating in an autonomous driving mode or in a manual driving mode; and a steering device for adjusting a position of a wheel of the vehicle when the vehicle is operating in the manual driving mode. The steering device includes a knob configured to rotate about a rotation axis; a shaft connected to the knob, the shaft rotating about the rotation axis together with the knob by a rotational force transmitted from the knob; and an elastic part coupled to the shaft. In particular, when the shaft rotates from a reference position by the rotational force, the elastic part is compressed, and when the rotational force is removed, the elastic part is relaxed to return the shaft to the reference position.
METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING SHIFT SIGNAL OF ELECTRONIC SHIFT SYSTEM
A method for transmitting a shift signal of an electronic shift system, may include transmitting the shift signal generated at the time of operating a shift operation device, wherein the shift operation device is configured so that one shift stage and one shift signal are matched one to one and transmits shift signals which are each individually separated according to the shift stage.

Push button switch assembly for a vehicle
A push button switch assembly for a vehicle includes an elastic button that is moveable between a first unactuated position and a second actuated position. An actuator is disposed adjacent a plate and is pivotable between a first position and a second position. The actuator includes a magnetic element. When the elastic button is in the first unactuated position the magnetic element biases the actuator into the first position, and when the elastic button is moved to the second actuated position, a force applied to the elastic button is transmitted to the actuator such that the force overcomes the magnetic attraction and permits the actuator to pivot to the second position while providing a tactile haptic response. When the actuator is moved to the second position, a hall sensor senses a change in the magnetic field of the magnetic element.
