Disclosed is a waterproof substrate, including: two mounting surfaces disposed facing away from each other; and at least one waterproof protrusion provided on at least one of the two mounting surfaces and including: a protrusion body connected with the mounting surface, and one end of the protrusion body away from the waterproof substrate includes a connecting end surface; and at least two waterproof ribs, and each of the waterproof ribs is provided on the connecting end surface respectively and is gradually inclined outwardly in a direction away from the connecting end surface respectively.
A SEALING DEVICE WITH INCREASED SURFACE ROUGHNESS
A sealing device includes a functional layer having a first major surface and a second major surface and a barrier layer directly or indirectly connected to the second major surface of the functional layer, wherein the functional layer has a surface roughness having a waviness factor W.sub.f. Also disclosed is a method for producing a sealing device and the use of a sealing device for waterproofing of a substrate.
EGR VALVE DEVICE
An EGR valve device including a housing including a flow passage, a valve element that opens and closes the flow passage, a valve shaft to which the valve element is provided, and an outer housing including an assembly hole for the housing and other flow passages. When the housing is assembled in the assembly hole, an inlet and an outlet of the flow passage communicate with the other flow passages, and seal members are provided between the housing and the outer housing near the inlet and near the outlet. Assembly grooves are formed in the outer surface of the housing. A portion of each of the seal members that correspond to the assembly grooves has either an outer shape matching the shape of the assembly grooves or a shape formed by addition of a tightening margin to the outer shape.
EGR VALVE DEVICE
An EGR valve device including a housing including a flow passage, a valve element that opens and closes the flow passage, a valve shaft to which the valve element is provided, and an outer housing including an assembly hole for the housing and other flow passages. When the housing is assembled in the assembly hole, an inlet and an outlet of the flow passage communicate with the other flow passages, and seal members are provided between the housing and the outer housing near the inlet and near the outlet. Assembly grooves are formed in the outer surface of the housing. A portion of each of the seal members that correspond to the assembly grooves has either an outer shape matching the shape of the assembly grooves or a shape formed by addition of a tightening margin to the outer shape.
CURTAIN WALL AND DRAINAGE CAVITY FOR CURTAIN WALL UNIT
An end seal member, which includes a contacting surface including a drainage cavity along the contacting surface. The end seal member also includes a seal material body including a central body protrusion projecting in a horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the seal material body from an opposite face of the contacting surface. The end seal member also includes a first and second extending elements extending upward from the seal material body and a reinforcing metal plate within the seal material body. The contacting surface is substantially flat.

The disclosure relates to a conveyor device for at least conveying a fluid with at least one conveyor chamber, with at least one dimensionally stable conveyor chamber element that at least partially delimits the conveyor chamber and with at least one elastically deformable and, in particular, annular conveyor element, particularly a conveyor membrane, that delimits the conveyor chamber together with the conveyor chamber element and is arranged on the conveyor chamber element, wherein the conveyor element has at least one sealing extension that is designed integrally with a base body of the conveyor element and at least partially arranged in a sealing groove of the conveyor chamber element when the conveyor element is arranged on the conveyor chamber element.
Cylinder head gasket with one carrier layer and at least one insert
A cylinder head gasket with a carrier layer and at least one inserted sealing element, wherein the inserted sealing element has a passage opening for combustion gas, the inserted sealing element is fastened on the carrier layer on an outer side which is spaced apart from the passage opening, and the inserted sealing element has at least a first layer and at least one further layer. An engine component comprising the cylinder head gasket is disclosed, the engine component having an engine block unit, a cylinder sleeve unit which delimits the engine block unit at least in regions from a combustion chamber, and a cylinder head unit, wherein the cylinder head gasket is arranged between the cylinder head unit on one hand and the engine block unit and the cylinder sleeve unit on the other hand.
EGR VALVE DEVICE
An EGR valve device equipped with: a housing which contains a flow passage; a valve element for opening and closing the flow passage; a valve shaft to which the valve element is provided; and a mating member which includes an assembly hole in which the housing is assembled, and also includes another flow passage. The flow passage is connected to the other flow passage while the housing is assembled in the assembly hole of the mating member, and a sealing member is provided in at least one location between the outer surface of the housing and the inner surface of the assembly hole. The sealing member includes a vibration-reducing part which has a vibration-reducing function and is formed from an elastic material, and also includes a sealing part which has a sealing function.
DOOR SEAL
Provided is a seal for sealing the interface between abutting first and second members, the seal comprising a main body; a channel lobe extending outward from the main body, the channel lobe shaped for nesting in a channel of the first member; a primary sealing lobe extending outward from the side of the main body facing the second member, the primary sealing lobe extending into and contacting an inner surface of the second member; and a secondary sealing lobe extending downward from the main body toward an exterior of the interface, a first face of a distal end of the secondary sealing lobe contacting a front face of the first member, and a second face of the distal end of the secondary sealing member contacting a front face of the second member. The disclosed seal maintains a gas-tight seal and minimizes resisting force when closing the door.
Seal and a tubular heat exchanger using such seal
A seal including a first portion having a first width that extends in a radial direction of the seal, a second portion that is joined with the first portion and having a second width that is smaller than the first width, and a first recess that is located in the first portion to reduce a width expansion of the first portion when the seal is compressed in an axial direction of the seal.
