FACE SEAL ARRANGEMENT
A carbon seal assembly may comprise a seal support, a seal housing coupled to the seal support, and a carbon seal adjacent an aft portion of the seal housing. The carbon seal may comprise a nose defined by an axial surface of the carbon seal, a first radial surface of the carbon seal, and a second radial surface of the carbon seal radially inward of the first radial surface. The first radial surface and the second radial surface may extend forward from the axial surface. A first axial length of the first radial surface may be greater than a second axial length of the second radial surface.
MULTI-LAYERED PTFE RADIAL LIP SEAL
A multi-layered lip seal comprising a dynamic layer optionally having a filler incorporated therein and a static layer optionally having a filler incorporated therein is described. The lip seal has an annular ring shape, wherein an inner diameter of the ring shape is curved in an axial direction so as to give the lip seal a J-shape when viewed from a cross-sectional perspective. Fillers that can be included in static layer include stiffening filler, reinforcement fillers, conductive fillers and/or abrasion resistance fillers. Fillers that can be included in the dynamic layer include wear resistance fillers. The use of specific fillers in specific layers of the multi-layered lip seal allows for certain segments of the lip seal to be imparted with the benefits of the filler without negatively impacting other segments of the lip seal.
Sealing system for tank rotary shaft
A seal arrangement allowing in-line maintenance and replacement of packing, seals and bushings of a rotary shaft driving a tool extending inside a fluid holding tank. The rotary shaft and associated seals are mounted in an extractable cartridge removably insertable in sealing engagement within a housing projecting outwardly from the tank. A secondary seal comprises an isolation valve mounted to the housing outside of the tank for temporarily providing sealing during servicing of the seals in the extracted cartridge. A tertiary seal is provided for protecting the secondary seal from the tank contents when used in scaling environments. Removable parts of said seal arrangement.

SEAL AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a seal, including, in a first method step, making a spiralized profile string of at least one thermoplastic elastomeric material, the spiralized profile string including a retaining portion and at least one sealing lip which are arranged opposite each other in a radial direction, winding turns axially adjacent to each other in an axial direction and contiguous with each other, and open ends. The method further includes, in a second method step, cutting the spiralized profile string to length in accordance with an installation length of an installation space in a seal assembly.
INSTALLING AND SEALING MECHANISM FOR DRIVING MOTOR OF SWIMMING POOL ROBOTS
The present invention provides an installing and sealing mechanism configured for a driving motor of a swimming pool robot, which comprising a sealing housing and a driving motor, two sides of the sealing housing are integrally provided with a sealed fixing seat, and a sealing member is mounted on an outer side of the sealed fixing seat, one of the sealed fixing seat and the sealing member is provided with a sealing groove for installing sealing strips, and the central part of the sealing member is provided with a sealing cavity, for installing an oil seal, the driving motor is mounted inside the sealing housing, and a motor output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the sealing housing and the sealing member. the sealing member is fixed in the sealed fixing seat through the bolt holes in the fixing, so that the bottom of the round fixing seat abuts against and closely contacts the sealing strip installed in the sealing groove, and a closed space is formed in the sealed fixing seat, a large amount of lubricating oil is filled in the sealed cavity to form an oil seal, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing and effectively preventing leakage.

PTFE SHAFT SEAL AND METHOD OF MAKING
A PTFE rotary shaft seal assembly includes an annular seal case mountable within a bore of a housing and a wafer fabricated of PTFE. An outer region of the wafer is captured by the seal case and in inner region extends to a central opening of the wafer. The wafer includes coined fluid pumping impressions formed on a first side of the wafer and coined flexing impressions formed on an opposite second side of the wafer. The wafer further includes a coined static band portion encircling the central opening and being free of fluid pumping impressions. A method of making such a wager and seal assembly is also provided.
Sealing structure for turbine
A sealing structure for a turbine includes a recessed portion formed around a rotary body and having an annular shape, an annular packing body fixed in a coupling groove of a stationary body, a support member disposed at a central portion of the packing body, a brush seal, one end of which is fixed to the support member while the other end of the brush seal is disposed in the recessed portion, and a tooth portion disposed in at least one side of the packing body.
