Variable venturi device with adjustable valve stem
A fluid injection device includes a housing and a valve stem. The housing includes an inlet arm having an inlet orifice for receiving a feeder fluid. An outlet arm has an outlet orifice to discharge a mixed fluid. A venturi tube is between the inlet and outlet arms. The inlet arm, veturi tube and outlet arm define a nonlinear fluid pathway where the venturi tube redefines a portion of the nonlinear fluid pathway as a constricted fluid pathway. A diverter port is used to divert a portion of the feeder fluid from the inlet arm into the container and an injection port is used to receive product from the container. A valve arm is collinearly aligned with the venturi tube and the valve stem is positioned within the valve arm and adjusts the volume of the constricted fluid pathway.
FAUCET WITH INTEGRATED PUSH-TO-CONNECT FITTING
A valve assembly includes a body, a fitting, and a stopper assembly. The body has a first end and a second end. The body includes a connector portion positioned at the first end, a nozzle portion positioned at the second end, and an intermediate portion connecting the connector portion to the nozzle portion. The connector portion includes a peripheral wall having a crimped end that defines a fluid inlet. The nozzle portion defines a fluid outlet. The connector portion, the intermediate portion, and the nozzle portion cooperatively define a fluid flow path extending from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet. The fitting is disposed within the peripheral wall. The fitting is held within the peripheral wall by the crimped end. The stopper assembly is coupled to the body along the intermediate portion. The stopper assembly is configured to facilitate selectively restricting a flow along the fluid flow path.
FLOW REGULATOR
A flow regulator comprising a housing having a first chamber, a second chamber and a valve seat which is arranged between these chambers, a valve head which is arranged in the first chamber and which has at least a first surface which faces the first chamber, a second surface which faces the second chamber when the valve head is in a closed position and a through-hole between the first surface and second surface, the valve head being movable between an open position and a closed position, a shaft which is capable of moving the valve head between the open and closed positions, and an engaging pin which is at least partially received in the hole of the valve head in a sliding manner, the engaging pin being capable of moving with respect to the valve head between at least one non-sealed position and one sealed position, and being in this at least one non-sealed position when the valve head is in the open position and being capable of moving into the non-sealed position when the valve head is in the closed position.
ELECTRIC VALVE
An electric valve, comprising a lead screw and a valve element assembly, wherein the lead screw has an external thread section, the valve element assembly has an internal thread section, the valve element assembly and the lead screw are in threaded connection by the fitting of the internal thread section and the external thread section, and at least the portion of the valve element assembly corresponding to the internal thread section is made of a material including a plastic material. Due to the portion of the valve element assembly corresponding to the internal thread section being made of a material including a plastic material, compared with two metal parts, a lead screw and a valve element being in direct threaded connection, the thread wear is reduced, and the service life of the electric valve is prolonged.
Electronic expansion valve
An electronic expansion valve includes the valve needle screw assembly which also includes an outer edge guide section, the electronic expansion valve includes an inner edge guide section matched with the outer edge guide section, in the process of the action of the valve needle of the electronic expansion valve, the outer edge guide section of the valve needle screw assembly is matched with the inner edge guide section of the electronic expansion valve, to provide the guide for the valve needle, relatively reducing the deviation of the valve needle relative to the valve port, thereby reducing the eccentric wear of the valve needle.
Methods and Systems For Improving The Operation Of Transmissions For Motor Vehicles
The factory installed pressure regulator valve of an automotive transmission is replaced by a pressure regulator valve having two separate valve components conjointly movable together in a bore. A protrusion or protuberance extending from the center of one end of one of the valve components defines a fulcrum which abuts against an adjacent end of the other valve component as the two valve components move conjointly and in direct contact with each other within the bore during operation of the pressure regulator valve. Preferably, an opening is provided in a land in one of the valve components to vent hydraulic fluid (transmission oil) to prevent a pressure build-up in the bore which might separate the two valve components from each other during reciprocating movement of the valve components in the bore.
Valve Stem With Head Covered by Covering Material and Method of Making Valve Stem
A valve head engageable and disengageable with a valve seat of a valve comprises a valve body that includes a recess, a disk at one axial end of the recess and a flange at the other axial end of the recess so that the recess is positioned axially between a portion of the disk and a portion of the flange. The outermost portion of the flange extends outwardly beyond the outermost portion of the disk. A covering made of a material different from and more elastic than the material forming the valve body entirely covers the disk. A portion of the covering is positioned in the recess to mechanically connect the covering to the valve body. The outermost portion of the flange is in direct contact with the covering.
HIGH MASS FLOW CHECK VALVE ASPIRATOR
The embodiments disclosed herein provide a check valve aspirator including a venturi pipe having a converging section with a converging inlet and a converging outlet, and a diverging section with a diverging inlet and a diverging outlet. The converging outlet is in fluid communication with the diverging inlet. An outlet channel is in fluid communication with the venturi pipe and has an outlet port.
VALVE STEM FOR CHOKE VALVE
A valve stem includes a valve stem body connected to a valve stem head. The valve stem is for use with a choke valve. The valve stem body has first and second ends with an expandable valve stem tip extending from the second end of the valve stem body, The valve stem tip expands radially outwardly in an opening in the valve stem head to secure the valve stem head to the valve stem body.
VALVE STEM WITH REMOVABLE HEAD
A valve stem for use with a choke valve is disclosed. The valve stem has a valve stem body with a valve stem head removably connected to the valve stem body. A locking device prevents the unwanted loosening or removal of the valve stem head from the. valve stem body. The locking, device may be a fastener with a thread having a different direction than the thread that attaches the valve stem head to the valve stem body.
