VALVE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME
A first flow channel of a flow channel switching valve includes a first portion that is connected to a valve body and that is linear, a second portion that is connected such that the second portion is perpendicular to the first portion and that is linear, and a lid member that is joined such that the lid member covers an opening of a tip end of the first portion. The first flow channel also includes a pair of projecting portions that is disposed such that the projecting portions interpose the first portion therebetween in a radial direction and face each other, and a connecting portion that couples the pair of projecting portions with each other. The pair of projecting portions includes a planar surface portion that faces the valve body direction.
EZE-Top ball valve
A top-entry trunnion ball valve comprising: a housing formed having first and second fluid flow ports, a cavity through which fluid flows when the valve is open and a top opening through which the cavity is accessible; a ball housed in the cavity formed having a through hole for passage of fluid and rotatable between open and closed positions; a cartridge in the cavity sealed to the housing and comprising a seat sealed to the ball; wherein the cartridge and top opening are sized to enable the cartridge to be inserted into and sealed to the housing and removed from the cavity via the top opening.
Coker switch valve operating system and method
An operating system for switching a coker switch valve to drum A, drum B, and bypass. The system has a shear pin linkage between the actuator and the valve stem and a position indicator independent of the actuator, to maintain functionality in the event of shear pin failure; and/or lockout functionality to prevent an inadvertent switch to bypass when switching between drum A and drum B and to lock down bypass mode to prevent an inadvertent switch from bypass to an open drum.
Multiport Valve
Multiport valve with outlets transverse to the inlet useful as a coker switch valve. A sealed lower sleeve assembly provides semi-trunnion ball support. An upper part of the outlet seat recesses is formed in the bonnet, and a lower part in the valve body, which together bias a resilient member to load the seats, independently of end connections. Before bonnet assembly, when the ball is rotated to face a body outlet, there is sufficient space in the seat recesses to insert the seat, slide the seat onto the ball, and then insert the resilient member. When all the seats and resilient members are in place, engagement of the bonnet biases the upper part of the resilient members to load the seat. In valve operation, an enlarged ball outlet bore can straddle two outlet ports and maintain process media flow during switching. Also, methods of assembling, operating, and servicing the valve.
Expansion valve having a sealing ring holder for simplified assembly
The invention relates to a valve, in particular an expansion valve, for controlling a fluid flow, having a valve housing with an accommodation space and at least two fluid ducts connected to the accommodation space, having an opening which runs perpendicularly to the fluid ducts and opens into the accommodation space, wherein a sealing ring holder with a valve means is situated in the accommodation space, wherein the sealing ring holder with the valve means held therein can be inserted into the accommodation space through the opening, and wherein the valve means is positioned rotatably in the sealing ring holder by means of at least two sealing rings. The invention also relates to a sealing ring holder.

Angle cock repair cartridge
A replacement cartridge for repairing rather than replacing an angle cock. The cartridge has a ball key with a ball and a shaft. A unitary ball seat that has first and second internal bearing surfaces for engaging the ball is used to support the ball key when installed in the angle cock body that is being repaired. A cover is positioned over the ball seat and defines a bore through which the shaft of the ball key extends. A handle is coupled to the shaft of the ball key so that a user may rotate the ball between the internal bearing surfaces between an open position and a closed position.

The pair of projecting portions includes a planar surface portion that faces the valve body direction.
Top entry ball valve and method
A top entry ball valve a pipeline mainly used in Oil and Gas Industry, Chemical and pharmaceutical Industries. The system allows for replacing all the ball valve components and seals while the valve body is still in the pipeline. The ball valve assembly has four main components: the body, gearbox, ball, and seats. Disassembly and reassembly may be performed utilizing various tools to allow removal and reinstallation of the ball, seats, seals, or other components therein without the need to remove the ball valve assembly from a pipeline.
Valve Assemblies
A valve assembly includes a housing, a segmented stem, a ball segment, a biasing element, and an adjustment bolt. The housing includes a flow duct connecting a first flow opening to a second flow opening and a neck defining an elongated chamber. The segmented stem includes an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the upper portion is positioned within the elongated chamber and the lower portion is coupled to the housing. The ball segment includes a first attachment portion, a second attachment portion, and a curved portion extending between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion. The biasing element is positioned between the first attachment portion and the upper portion. The adjustment bolt is coupled to the lower portion, wherein the biasing element and the adjustment bolt adjusts the ball segment toward a seated position when the ball segment is rotated to a closed position.
