Valve Core
A valve core comprises a columnar body with a first water passage hole, a buffer groove being disposed on the body and located at an outside of the first water passage hole; a sealing block matched with the buffer groove and being disposed inside the buffer groove; wherein a partitioning portion is disposed between the buffer groove and the first water passage hole, a connection hole is disposed in the partitioning portion capable of communicating the buffer groove with the first water passage hole. through the provision of the partitioning portion, avoids the direct impact of the water flow on the sealing block, and eliminates the unstable factors caused by water flow on the sealing block , so that the sealing block is pressed tightly on an inner wall of a valve body.
MULTIFUNCTION VALVE
A multifunction valve includes a valve body defining an inlet, and outlet and an interior chamber. A flow control gate may be disposed within the interior chamber and comprises one or more protrusions configured to provide a high level of precision control of a fluid flow rate through the multifunction valve as the flow control gate is rotated through an arcuate range of positions. The protrusions may comprise a cut-out portion, wherein the size and/or shape of the cut-out may be configured to modify the fluid flow rate through the multifunction valve. A method of modulating a fluid flow rate includes directing fluid flow through a multifunction valve from an inlet to an outlet, the multifunction valve including a flow control gate, adjusting the flow rate through the multifunction valve by rotating a control shaft to position the flow control gate to variably occlude the outlet of the multifunction valve.
Ball valve with integral seal retraction
Disclosed embodiments include ball valves with an asymmetric seal and seat, to minimize seal wear. In embodiments, a seal is disposed upon a ball with a first and second section, where the first section of the seal is disposed at a different angle from the second section. A seat has a first and second section at different angles that correspond to angles of the first and second section of the seal, respectively, such that the seal fully contacts the seat when the ball is in a closed position. When the ball is rotated to an open position, the different angles of the first and second sections allow the second section of the seal to clear the first section of the seat without contact.
BALL WITH HIGH WEAR RESISTANCE AND BALL VALVE USING THE SAME
A ball installed in a ball valve is provided. The ball includes: a ball main body including a penetrating hole penetrating from a front portion to a rear portion thereof and having a predetermined diameter, and a concave recess formed on an upper portion thereof to be coupled to a stem of the ball valve; and insert members coupled to a left side and a right side of the ball main body, wherein the insert members are coupled to the ball main body, such that, when the ball is installed in the ball valve and is placed in a position for closing the ball valve, each of the insert members covers a region of the ball contacting a seat of the ball valve, wherein the insert members are formed of a super hardness material.
FLAT BOTTOM BALL VALVE
A flat bottom ball valve is provided in the present disclosure. According to an example, the flat bottom ball valve includes a valve body, a valve core, a valve rod, a bonnet and a flow path. The valve core is mounted inside the valve body. The valve rod is mounted on two opposite sides of the valve body, perpendicular to a liquid flow direction and capable of driving the valve core to turn over. The bonnet is movably mounted on the valve body and parallel to the valve rod. The flow path is defined inside the valve body and connects two ends of the valve body. The valve core includes a main body part, a connecting part formed by extending symmetrically from two sides of the main body part, an accessory defined on the main body part and a first mounting hole in the connecting part to engage with the valve rod. The valve core swings around the valve rod along a path above the valve rod and is capable of being hermetically engaged with the valve body to turn off/on the flow path. A horizontal center line of the main body part is parallel to a horizontal center line of the first mounting hole in the liquid flow direction of the flow path.
Ball valve
The disclosed embodiments include ball valves having integrated seats. The integrated seats are included in a ball body assembly of a valve body. The ball body assembly may rotate with respect to the valve body to open or close the valve. The integrated seats may contact walls of a bore to sealingly close the valve.
Ball Valve with Saddle Seals
The present design for a ball valve incorporates mating saddle seals that wrap around the valve ball and fill the valve chamber surrounding the valve ball. The sealing saddles cooperate with the existing ball valve seals upstream and downstream of the valve ball. This configuration is suitable for retrofitting existing removable ball valves currently used by technicians and may be included in new valves as well.
BALL VALVE
The disclosed embodiments include ball valves having integrated seats. The integrated seats are included in a ball body assembly of a valve body. The ball body assembly may rotate with respect to the valve body to open or close the valve. The integrated seats may contact walls of a bore to sealingly close the valve.
Combined butterfly/ball valve
A valve and valve assembly having a hybrid valve member are provided. The valve includes a housing, with an inlet, a primary outlet, and a secondary outlet. The hybrid valve member is rotatably positioned within the housing. The hybrid valve member has a fully closed position wherein the hybrid valve member prevents flow between the inlet and the primary outlet and prevents flow between the inlet and the secondary outlet. The hybrid valve member includes a planar portion and a hemispherical portion on a first side thereof. The planar portion faces the inlet in the fully closed position and the hemispherical portion faces the secondary outlet in the fully closed position.
Ball valve
The disclosed embodiments include ball valves having integrated seats. The integrated seats are included in a ball body assembly of a valve body. The ball body assembly may rotate with respect to the valve body to open or close the valve. The integrated seats may contact walls of a bore to sealingly close the valve.
