Pinch clamp
Pinch clamps are provided which generate positive displacement while also preventing rebound. To prevent rebound while providing positive displacement, the upper and lower clamping surfaces may be configured to form a pinch profile along which the tubing is compressed with the pinch point being formed at the distal end of the pinch profile. To further prevent rebound, the lower arm of the pinch clamp can include blocking ribs that interface with the upper clamping surface to prevent distal travelling of the pinch point even if the upper arm is forced into an over-engaged position.
FLOW RATE REGULATING FLUIDIC CONNECTOR BETWEEN TWO DUCTS
A fluidic connector to connect two ducts of a system such as an air conditioning system. The connector includes at least one elastic material, and includes a duct surrounded by an adjustable clamping collar which, when tightened, serves to deform it to reduce the internal space of the duct. The clamping of the collar makes it possible to easily and quickly regulate the rate of flow in the ducts.
FLOW RATE REGULATING FLUIDIC CONNECTOR BETWEEN TWO DUCTS
A fluidic connector to connect two ducts of a system such as an air conditioning system. The connector includes at least one elastic material, and includes a duct surrounded by an adjustable clamping collar which, when tightened, serves to deform it to reduce the internal space of the duct. The clamping of the collar makes it possible to easily and quickly regulate the rate of flow in the ducts.
Filtration system for preparation of fluids for medical applications
A system for filling multiple sterile containers includes a filter with an inlet port and multiple outlet ports, the outlet ports being pre-attached to sterile containers by respective filling lines of each container. Each container has an interior and each of the respective filling lines are connected to a respective container interior. The respective filling lines are sealed to the outlet ports and the containers such that the container interiors are isolated from an external environment except the inlet port, via the filter, forming a combined interior volume which is sterile. A container that is connectable to an outlet port the system has a bladder, a first tube and a second tube connected to the bladder, and a sterilizing filter. The container, the first tube and the second tube, and the sterilizing filter are sterile before water is flowed through the sterilizing filter into the bladder.
Tube clamp
A tube holder includes a tube clamp having a housing and a clamping mechanism. The housing has a tube entry along a major surface thereof. A first tube passageway extends from the tube entry into the housing, and a tube receiving channel is coupled to the first tube passageway. The clamping mechanism comprises a lever handle user operable to transition from a first position to a second position. A gate is coupled to the lever handle, and a tube pinch is coupled to the lever handle. When a tube is peripherally inserted into the tube receiving channel and the lever handle of the clamping mechanism is in the second position, the gate prevents the tube from exiting the housing via the first tube passageway, and the tube pinch pinches the tube so as to prevent a flow of a fluid through the tube.
Passive tube closure valve
A passive tube closure valve comprising an elongated body extending along a first axis made of a shape memory alloy with a threshold contraction along the first axis at a threshold temperature. The closure valve further comprises a passageway extending along a second axis different from the first axis shaped to surround a conduit line extending along the second axis. The closure valve further includes a first modifying structure on a first portion of the passageway and a second modifying structure on a second portion of the passageway opposite the first modifying structure. Contraction of the elongated body can cause the first modifying structure and the second modifying structure to move towards each other; where movement of at least one of the first modifying structure or the second modifying structures can be configured to modify the conduit line.
Pinch clamp device
A pinch clamp device for a flexible tube is disclosed, the pinch clamp device comprising a first part (2) and a second part (3) that are movable with respect to each other, wherein the first part (2) comprises a first conduit (5) for housing a flexible tube and the second part (3) comprises a second conduit (6) for housing the same flexible tube, wherein the first part (2) and the second part (3) are arranged in an interacting manner such that the pinch clamp device can be present in a first position or in a second position, wherein a flow of a fluid within a flexible tube arranged inside the first conduit (5) and the second conduit (6) is enabled in the first position, and wherein a flow of a fluid within a flexible tube arranged inside the first conduit (5) and the second conduit (6) is prevented in the second position. According to an aspect of the invention, the first part (2) and the second part (3) are designed axisymmetrically. Furthermore, a pinch clamp arrangement comprising such a pinch clamp device is disclosed. Additionally pump arrangement comprising a pump and such a pinch clamp arrangement is disclosed.
PINCH VALVE
The invention relates to a pinch valve that includes: a main body having a receiving space for a tube section, wherein the receiving space comprises a lateral opening of the main body; a counter-bearing section for a compressor that moves along a actuating axis; and a closure element which is movably fastened to the main body and which is movable relative to the main body between a first position, in which the closure element closes the lateral opening of the main body at least in sections, and a second position, in which the closure element exposes an insertion opening for the tube section.
Switching valve and suction-discharge device including the same
A switching valve includes a rotor having a pair of rollers rotatably mounted on both ends thereof, a rotor drive unit rotationally driving the rotor, a pair of pressing members, each being provided at a position where each of the pair of pressing members cooperates with each of the pair of rollers outside a revolution orbit of each of the pair of rollers revolving by rotation of the rotor, and a pair of tubes, each being disposed between the revolution orbit of each of the pair of rollers and each of the pair of pressing members. A rotation center axis of the rotor is disposed on a straight line connecting centers of rotation of the pair of rollers, and each pressing member has the pair of pressing areas symmetrical with respect to a straight line passing through the center of rotation of the rotor and extending a vertical direction.
