This disclosure concerns a check valve that prevents over compression of a gasket. The check valve comprises a valve housing, a valve cover, and a gasket that seals between the valve housing and the valve cover. A ball fits within the valve housing. The check valve further comprises a ball stop that limits compression of the gasket as the valve cover is tightened with respect to the valve housing. The ball stop serves as a standoff between the valve housing and the valve cover that allows some compression of the gasket as the valve cover is tightened with respect to the valve housing, but at some degree of tightening the incompressible engages both the valve cover and the valve housing to prevent further tightening. Over-compression distorts the gaskets, possibly compromising its sealing function and possibly damaging the gasket.

The present disclosure relates to a three-function check valve that in one embodiment is attached to a vacuum bladder full of media (foam beads). This three-function check valve is comprised of a selection piece, silicone membrane, and a mounting base all in one sub-assembly. Furthermore, this valve has three positions with three distinct functions. These functions are to create an airtight seal, allow for free flow in and out of the bladder, and restrict flow of air based on a differential pressure.

A discharge valve is provided in a recirculation line through which gas discharged from a fuel cell stack recirculates to the stack. The discharge valve opens or closes a discharge line through which a fluid in the recirculation line is discharged. The discharge valve includes a valve body connected to the discharge line and a drive part disposed in the valve body to be movable vertically. A diaphragm is coupled to a lower end of the drive part and selectively opens or closes the discharge line based on the vertical movement. The drive part switches between a closed state in which the discharge line is closed by the diaphragm, a first opened state in which the discharge line is opened to a first opening degree, and a second opened state in which the discharge line is opened to a second opening degree greater than the first opening degree.

An integrated solenoid valve and a brake system using the same are disclosed. The integrated solenoid valve includes an armature, an elastic member, a magnet core, an orifice unit, a filter member, a lip seal, a bidirectional passage, and a unidirectional passage. The armature is disposed in a sleeve, moves upward and downward in an axial direction, and opens or closes an orifice of a seat disposed at a lower side thereof. The elastic member provides elastic force to the armature in a closing direction of the orifice. The magnet core provides drive force to the armature in a direction opposite to that of the elastic member. The orifice unit is coupled to a lower side of the seat, and includes not only a hollow hole communicating with the orifice of the seat but also a passage hole. The filter member prevents inflow of foreign materials. The lip seal is inserted between the orifice unit and the filter member, and includes an inclined protrusion. The bidirectional passage is opened or closed by the armature moving up and down. The unidirectional passage is formed to pass through the passage hole and an outer surface of the inclined protrusion.

The check valve is disposed on a downstream portion of the communication channel and allows fluid to flow from the interior of the zipper bag, through the filtrating component, and to flow out of the connecting port.

The first actuating assembly is configured to drive the first valve head to disengage from the first through hole, or to engage with the first through hole in a sealing manner. The constant pressure valve is switchable between an inflation state, in which the first valve head is disengaged from the first through hole, and the airflow channel is unblocked; and a cut-off state in which the first valve head is engaged with the first through hole in a sealing manner, and the airflow channel is blocked by the first valve head.

According to the present disclosure, the backflow prevention device has simple structure, reduced dead space and small sizes and can work reliably.
