MECHANICAL VALVE FOR PRESSURE CONTROL
A valve includes: a housing defining a chamber communicating with an inlet port and an exhaust port, a seat disposed in the housing between the inlet port and the exhaust port; an elastomeric or polymer sealing ring disposed in the seat; a valve element having a sealing surface that is a body of revolution, the valve element positioned in the housing such that it is moveable between a closed position in which the sealing surface is engaged with the sealing ring and an open position in which the sealing surface is disengaged from sealing ring; and at least one bypass channel defined in the chamber, arranged to communicate between the seat and the exhaust port when the valve element is in the open position.
Automatic deflator valves with vortex-like air flow with improved tire valve stem connection
An improved deflator valve is described herein. The deflator valve has a main body with one or more ports, one or more vents, or port or vent slots for introducing air into or relieving pressure from within the main body in a vortex, circular flow. The deflator valve also includes a piston having an O-ring disposed around an outer circumference of the piston. The O-ring of the piston and the ports and vents are effective for reducing noise and deflation time and improving accuracy and ease of adjusting a pressure setting. The deflator valve can further include a dual or variable rate spring that can achieve an extensive destination pressure range. The deflator valve can also include a threadless lead in, fewer valve stem threads, or a lock chuck for enhanced valve stem attachment methods.

Counterbalance valve with dual or triple pilot ratio
Novel Counterbalance valves, more particularly, to counterbalance valves that provide hold, capture, and motion control benefits of prior art CB valves while improving upon one or more performance characteristics of current CB valves are herein disclosed. The novel counterbalance valves are useful, inter alia, for providing good system stability across a range of load pressures and/or reducing power consumption (improving energy efficiencies) as compared with prior art devices.
PRESSURE VALVE FOR FERMENTER
A pressure valve includes a housing having bottom portion defining a bottom opening configured to be in communication with a vessel and a sidewall defining an internal cavity. The housing includes a vent aperture configured to provide fluid communication between the internal cavity and ambient air surrounding the pressure valve and an accessory aperture configured to couple an accessory to the housing. A seal seat is positioned within the internal cavity fluidly between the vent aperture and the bottom opening. A pressure control assembly is coupled to the housing. The pressure control assembly breaks a sealing engagement with the seal seat to provide fluid communication between the vessel and the vent aperture in response to a desired positive pressure being reached within the vessel or in response to a negative pressure being reached in the vessel. The accessory aperture is positioned between the bottom opening and the seal seat.

Sequence valve with a reverse free flow configuration integrated therewith
An example valve includes a valve piston configured to block fluid flow from a first port of the valve to a second port of the valve when the valve is in a closed position; a forward flow spring applying a first biasing force on the valve piston in a distal direction; a reverse flow spring applying a second biasing force on the valve piston in a proximal direction; and a pressure setting spring applying a third biasing force on a check element in the distal direction, wherein fluid from the first port applies a fluid force on the check element in the proximal direction, and fluid from a pilot port applies a respective fluid force on the check element in the distal direction.

Safety Valve
An adjustable blowdown safety valve is provided for use on a pressure vessel or a flow line with a pressurized fluid therein. In the preferred embodiment, the adjustable blowdown safety valve comprises a body with a closed bonnet and a chamber therein and an inlet and an outlet; the inlet including a valve seat; a disk member with an attached stem member closable on the valve seat; a mechanism in the body biasing the disk member to rest on the valve seat; a guide member supported in the bonnet to guide and limit disk member movement; and a skirt member affixed to the body, which surrounds the disk member and defines a uniform flow area in combination with a blowdown ring. The presented adjustable blowdown safety valve has improvements, which remove detriments to disk member movement, resulting in an adjustable blowdown safety valve with predictable performance and improved reliability.
