DEVICE FORMING A TIMER-OPERATED TAP OR A TIMER CARTRIDGE FOR A TIMER-OPERATED TAP
A timer-operated tap or timer cartridge for a device forming a timer-operated tap includes at least one opening for the inlet of the supply fluid and at least one opening for the outlet of the supply fluid. A main closure member is received in a main seat formed in at least one outlet or inlet opening to close the tap and is removed from the main seat to open the tap and allow the passage of the supply fluid between the inlet and outlet openings. Control means for controlling the movement of the main closure member by means of a control rod; and timer means intended for moving the main closure member into the seat thereof at the end of a given time interval preceding the removal thereof. An element forming an intermediate closure member and an associated intermediate seat may also be provided.
SINGLE LEVER, TIMED MIXER TAP
The invention relates to a single-lever, timed mixer tap comprising a push-button that makes it possible to control the passage of water between at least one water-supply inlet, in particular two inlets for hot water and cold water, respectively, and at least one outlet for the mixed water, a mixing block having a portion that is rotatably movable in relation to a stationary portion in order to vary the temperature of the mixed water, and a timer cartridge, characterised in that the mixing block and the timer cartridge are mounted separately from one another and the push-button is mounted translatably and rotatably movable, and in that at least one member for transmitting the movement of the push-button is provided, which is designed to transmit a translational movement to an actuator rod of the timer cartridge as well as a rotational movement to the movable portion of the mixing block.
SINGLE LEVER, TIMED MIXER TAP
The invention relates to a single-lever, timed mixer tap comprising a push-button that makes it possible to control the passage of water between at least one water-supply inlet, in particular two inlets for hot water and cold water, respectively, and at least one outlet for the mixed water, a mixing block having a portion that is rotatably movable in relation to a stationary portion in order to vary the temperature of the mixed water, and a timer cartridge, characterised in that the mixing block and the timer cartridge are mounted separately from one another and the push-button is mounted translatably and rotatably movable, and in that at least one member for transmitting the movement of the push-button is provided, which is designed to transmit a translational movement to an actuator rod of the timer cartridge as well as a rotational movement to the movable portion of the mixing block.
MECHANICAL FAUCET UTILIZING HYDRAULIC DAMPERS FOR TIMING
A faucet includes a faucet housing defining a mixing chamber and a dry chamber, a valve assembly, and a damper assembly. The valve assembly includes a main shaft having a first end and a second end, a knob coupled to the first end, a mixing plate coupled to the second end, a main seal coupled to the main shaft, and a first biasing member disposed around the main shaft. The first end is disposed within the mixing chamber and the second end is disposed within the dry chamber. The damper assembly includes an outer cylinder disposed within the dry chamber, a piston extending at least partially into the outer cylinder, and a second biasing member disposed within the outer cylinder. The piston has an interference surface configured to contact the knob, and the second biasing member is configured to bias the piston.
Self-resetting shut-off valve
A shut-off valve (100) comprises a first chamber (1) and a second chamber (2) in fluid communication, an opening (3) connecting the first chamber (1) and the second chamber (2). The valve (100) comprises adjustment means (41, 42, 43) that can be switched between a closing and an opening configuration. The adjustment means (41, 42, 43) comprise: a first adjustment portion (41), a second adjustment portion (42) connected to the first adjustment portion (41), elastic return means (5) arranged at least at the first adjustment portion (41), an intermediate adjustment portion (43), connected to the first adjustment portion (41). The valve (100) further comprises a closing element (6) configured to be sealingly arranged at the opening (3) and to interrupt fluid communication between the first chamber (1) and the second chamber (2), and a switch (7) activatable by said second adjustment portion (42), connected to the closing element (6) and configured to prevent or allow translation of said closing element (6).
FAUCET WITH INTERNAL DAMPER
A faucet having a body extending from forward to aft ends to define a body cavity, the body includes an aft wall having faucet inlet ports, and a faucet outlet between the forward and aft ends; a push knob coupled to the body forward end; a cartridge fixed within the body cavity, the cartridge has a cartridge cavity with an aft seal seat, a cartridge outlet port forward of the aft seal seat, and a cartridge inlet port aft of the aft seal seat; a piston within the cartridge cavity, defining an aft seal lip: the piston is movable by the push knob from first to second positions, to move the lip and open the faucet; and the piston moves from the second to the first positions, to position the lip against the aft seal seat and close the faucet; and a linear damper, mounted to the body forward end.
SELF-SHUT VALVE FOR FAUCET
A self-shut valve for a faucet may include a valve body, a valve base, a control shaft and a top cap. The control shaft includes a sealing portion that comprises a ducting pipe and a slot which can prevent the space between the valve base and the control shaft from entering into a vacuum state to enable the control shaft to return to its initial position precisely.
TRANSMISSION ELEMENT DEVICE FOR TWO-WAY TIMING
Transmission element device for two-way timing connected mechanically to the surface to be activated (15) of a timed apparatus operated by a controller (37), the surface to be activated (15) is linearly movable against counter-force. The transmission element (1) has a transmission element brake cylinder (7) filled with operating medium. The inner space of the transmission element brake cylinder (7) is divided into a first chamber (19) and a second chamber (21) by a linearly moving transmission element piston (9) having a sealing element (23). The transmission element piston (9) is provided with openings (25, 27) for ensuring the flow of the operating medium between the two chambers (19, 21) in an extent determined separately for each direction. The exit portion (5) of the transmission element (1) is in push contact with the surface to be activated (15), while the transmission element piston (9) is fastened to the controller (37).
TRANSMISSION ELEMENT DEVICE FOR TWO-WAY TIMING
Transmission element device for two-way timing connected mechanically to the surface to be activated (15) of a timed apparatus operated by a controller (37), the surface to be activated (15) is linearly movable against counter-force. The transmission element (1) has a transmission element brake cylinder (7) filled with operating medium.
