FUEL CUTOFF VALVE
A fuel cutoff valve has: a valve mechanism that cuts off a communication between a fuel tank and a canister; an upper space defined above the valve mechanism; a tube body that has a tube passage to be communicated with the upper space and introduces a fuel gas to the canister; a retaining chamber defined by a first fuel shielding portion and a second fuel shielding portion to retain a liquid fuel stored in the upper space; a liquid reservoir portion defined between the tube body and the first fuel shielding portion to store the liquid fuel flowing out of the retaining chamber; and a communication portion through which the retaining chamber communicates with the liquid reservoir portion; wherein the communication portion is formed at a position deviated from the tube body so as not to overlap the tube body, when the tube body is seen in its axial direction.
COMBINATION AIR VALVE
The present disclosure is directed to a combination air valve that uses buoyancy to lift seals into place, preventing media from escaping from the valve. Once the seals are in place, pipeline pressure is used to open and close the valve. The combination air valve includes a low flow vent configured with a pressure equalizing configuration allowing for reduced extrusion forces along the low flow vent, allowing vertical movement of a float shaft at high valve gas pressures with reduced forces.
VENTING AND/OR BLEEDING VALVE
A venting and/or bleeding valve with a valve housing, a main valve arranged in the valve housing for rapid venting and bleeding of piping connected to the valve housing, an auxiliary valve arranged in the valve housing for operating ventilation of the piping at operating pressure, and a float arranged within the valve housing and controlling the main valve and the auxiliary valve as a function of the filling level of a fluid located in the valve housing. The venting and/or bleeding valve contains a valve position sensor for acquisition of the position of the main valve, at least one additional sensor for acquisition of the humidity and/or the pressure and/or of the temperature in an interior space of the valve housing, and an evaluation unit for acquisition of an operating state of the venting and/or bleeding valve as a function of the values acquired by the valve position sensor and any additional sensor.
Gas valve
An improved gas vent having a body defining a float chamber. A float is positioned within the float chamber. The float chamber defines a passageway for gas to flow from an first port to an outflow port. A float is positioned within the float chamber. The float is configured to move toward a closed position as the fluid level within the float chamber increases. As the fluid level increases the float raises and seals against an interior of the gas vent, preventing further fluid flow through the vent. A shield is positioned between the float and the first port. The shield is configured to deflect gas flow around the shield and float to prevent the float from raising prematurely in response to high velocity gas flow on the float.
Valve device for fuel tank
A valve device for fuel tank has a case having an air flow valve orifice connected to outside of the tank at an upper part and a fuel inflow part beneath this air flow valve orifice, and being divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber by a partition formed between the air flow valve orifice and the inflow part; an upper float body being inside the upper chamber and ascending by fuel flowing into the case to be seated in the air flow valve orifice; and a lower float body being supported inside the lower chamber of the case with an upwardly projecting guide shaft being inserted to be movable vertically inside an insertion part formed on the partition, and ascending by fuel flowing into the case to close a main connect-through part between the lower chamber and the upper chamber formed on the partition. A receiving hole for receiving the guide shaft of the lower float body is provided on the upper float body.
Balanced poppet float vent valve
A vent valve may include, among other things, a valve body having an inlet opening and an outlet opening forming a flow path. The inlet opening may be oriented in a first direction and the outlet opening may be oriented in a second direction. A poppet member may be provided on or about the valve body and can be configured for movement between an opened position and a closed position relative to the inlet opening. The poppet member may be movable along the valve body in a direction that is perpendicular to the first direction of the inlet opening. A float member may be attached or operatively connected to the poppet member, the float member configured to move the poppet member between the first and second positions.
VALVE CASE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
A valve case mounting structure includes a mount base and a valve case. The mount base includes a valve case support portion and a retainer piece having a first engagement opening and a second engagement opening. The valve case includes an engaging projection portion, and a holder portion. When the engaging projection portion is positioned at a front end side of the first engagement opening, the retainer piece does not reach the holder portion. When the engaging projection portion is moved from the front end side of the first engagement opening toward the second engagement opening, a front end portion of the retainer piece is inserted into the holding space before becoming unable to be inserted into the holder portion.
NOISE ATTENUATED FILL LIMIT VENT VALVE
Systems are provided for a noise attenuation device for a valve. In one example, a system may include a single noise attenuation device located below a base of a fill limit vent valve.
DRAINAGE DEVICE
In order to provide a drainage device, for example an oil drainage device used in particular for crankcase ventilation in motor vehicle engines, which reliably prevents an undesired liquid reflux and can be produced easily and inexpensively, it is proposed that the drainage device comprises a fluid line and a drainage valve arranged in the fluid line, wherein the drainage valve comprises a floating body that opens a fluid passage in an open position and closes it in a closed position.
VALVE FOR VENTILATION OF A TANK
A ventilation valve (100) for ventilation of a tank (not shown) containing a liquid where the liquid surface fluctuates over time at the same time as the ventilation valve (100) obstructs external liquid to enter into the tank through the ventilation valve, is described. The ventilation valve (100) comprises a structural main housing (1, 2) containing a valve unit (3, 4, 5) and respective ventilation channels (6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16) providing open communication between the tank and the atmosphere, and the valve unit includes a movable float body (4) obstructing liquid ingress into the tank through said ventilation valve (100). The valve unit is in the form of a replaceable valve module which includes the float body (4) which is received in a valve housing (3). The structural main housing (1, 2) includes a socket part (2) and one from the socket part (2) releasable cover part (1) in order to provide access to the replaceable valve module (3, 4, 5).
