VALVE ASSEMBLY HAVING A MANUAL OVERRIDE UNIT
A valve assembly includes a housing, an actuator, a plunger, a cover, a valve body, and a manual override unit. The actuator is received within the housing and is disposed between a first annular wall and a second annular wall. The plunger is movably disposed within a plunger cavity that is defined by the base and the second annular wall. The cover is disposed on the housing. The valve body is connected to the housing. The valve body has an end wall that defines an outlet port, an annular wall that axially extends from the end wall and defines an inlet port, and a flange that extends from the end wall and engages the cover. The manual override unit is operatively connected to the plunger.

A fluid valve having a magnetic drive unit for a valve closing body is provided. The drive unit can have a core, a coil partially surrounding the core, and an armature which can be pivoted about a pivot axis by the energization of the coil and the resulting magnetic force, the valve closing body being in operative connection with the armature and being pivotable by the pivoting of the armature about a pivot axis and being positionable at least in a first and a second pivot position, and the valve closing body having a first and a second leg, the first leg extending into a valve housing having at least one fluid channel and the second leg projecting at an angle from the first leg and establishing the operative connection with the armature.

A valve housing for a fluid valve having at least one fluid channel through which a fluid can flow is provided. The valve housing can have a receiving space for a valve closing body movable in the valve housing, the receiving space having an opening, via which the valve closing body is introduced into the receiving space of the valve housing, and at least one first valve seat being formed in the receiving space and projecting into the receiving space in such a way that at least one undercut is formed in the receiving space by the first valve seat, and the valve housing being an integral injection-molded part, the at least one valve seat being produced integrally with the valve housing by an injection molding process.

The line section connects at least two connections to one another, between which at least one flow path extends. The present invention relates to a valve assembly, comprising a valve chamber, accesses to the valve chamber, the accesses including a first access and a second access, and a movable sealing body assembly comprising at least one sealing portion, wherein at least a portion of the sealing body assembly is magnetic, and wherein at least a portion of the sealing body assembly comprising the at least one sealing portion is located within the valve chamber. Further, the valve assembly comprises at least one sealing surface, wherein each of the at least one sealing surface is configured to complement one of the at least one sealing portion, and wherein each sealing surface comprises an orifice fluidly connected to one of the accesses. The valve assembly further comprises a force unit configured to exert a magnetic force on the magnetic portion of the movable sealing body assembly and is configured to assume at least two configurations, wherein in a first configuration, the first access is sealed, and wherein in a second configuration, the first access is fluidly connected to the second access. Further, the present invention relates to a pump system, as well as a use and manufacturing method of a valve assembly according got the present invention.
Proportional Hydraulic Two-Stage Valve
A valve includes a solenoid with a chamber housing a pin that actuates when the solenoid is energized. The valve also includes a spool housed within a sleeve. The sleeve includes a supply section with a supply port in communication with a supply source and a tank section with a tank port in communication with a reservoir. The spool includes a body including a first passage receiving fluid from the supply source when an opening for the first passage aligns with the supply port. When the solenoid is energized and the opening for the first passage aligns with the supply port, fluid from the supply source (i) applies a force to the spool body in a direction of actuation by the pin and (ii) flows to a second passage within the valve.
