An actuator for controlling a flow regulation device. The actuator includes a drive device coupled to the flow regulation device and a motor coupled to the drive device and operable to move the drive device. The actuator further includes a processing circuit configured to receive a first measurement of a characteristic, control the actuator to reposition the flow regulation device in a first direction, receive a second measurement of the characteristic, determine an installation error associated with at least one of the actuator and the flow regulation device based on the first measurement and the second measurement.

A connector assembly includes a first and a second component. Each of the components including a connector body, a valve, a handle, a handle lock, and a connector lock. The handles open and close respective valves. Each of the handles has locked and unlocked positions. The handle locks prevent or inhibit the respective handles from being moved between open and closed positions. The handle locks in unlocked positions enable the respective handles to be moved between open and closed positions. The first and second components are configured to be releasably assembled with each other. The connector locks in their respective closed positions assist in preventing or inhibiting the disassembling of the first and second components.

A pipe stopper includes an expandable stopper body defining a stopper cavity and configurable in an expanded configuration and a contracted configuration; a pressure assembly comprising a pressure housing and a piston, the piston slidably engaged with a housing cavity of the pressure housing, the piston operatively connected to the expandable stopper body; and a valve stem define a stem fluid pathway, the valve stem movable between an open position and a closed position; wherein, in the open position, the stem fluid pathway is in fluid communication with the housing cavity and the expandable stopper body is movable to the expanded configuration, and in the closed configuration, the stem fluid pathway is not in fluid communication with the housing cavity and the expandable stopper body is movable to the contracted configuration.

The present disclosure relates to an adjustable covering trim for covering a valve concealed behind a finishing wall and which is adapted to accommodate different valve installations. The trim includes a decorative outer frame to be mounted on a finishing wall, a handle which is rotatably coupled thereon and an articulated cartridge adaptor or interface which can be releasably coupled with an internal surface of the hollow handle. The adaptor is further adapted to be mounted on a cartridge distal end of the valve so that both the cartridge distal end and the articulated cartridge adaptor can rotate with the hollow handle upon rotation of the hollow handle about a cartridge centerline. The articulated cartridge adaptor is articulable relatively to the cartridge centerline. The covering trim may further include a temperature control mechanism and means to easily mount a decorative cover to the finishing wall.

The insert has a first side facing upwards and a second side facing downwards when positioned in the opening. The first side and the second side have a conduit positioned therebetween, and a control valve located at least partially within the conduit and movable between an open position and a closed position. The control valve in the closed position stops fluid from passing through the conduit. When the insert is inserted in the opening and the control valve is in the closed position, the insert substantially seals the inlet and stops fluid flowing to the outlet.

The end surface cover is fixed to a resin ring fitted to an end of the cylindrical housing and is slidingly rotatable with respect to the end surface of the cylindrical housing integrally with the resin ring in accordance with the amount of turn of the operation handle.

Pull handle butterfly valve lockout device

A valve handle lockout device is configured to temporarily lock out a pull handle butterfly valve. The device includes an enclosure body, at least one lock hole, and a blocking wall. The enclosure body includes first and second enclosure portions having an opening at a proximal end of the enclosure body that is dimensioned to surround a base of the pull handle butterfly valve. The lock hole is configured to receive a locking member and thereby secure the device in a closed position on a handle of the pull handle butterfly valve. The blocking wall borders or is near to the opening and is configured to engage the pull handle butterfly valve when the enclosure body is secured in a locked position, thereby preventing removal of the device from the handle and the handle from being operated.

The plug includes a lattice structure extending along a length of the plug. The valve element may be a diaphragm disposed within the bore to separate the bore into upstream and downstream portions. The valve actuator has a stem with a stem body extending downstream from a stem head and through an outlet of the housing. The diaphragm includes a sealing surface with first and second annular ridges and a groove disposed therebetween. A stem hat having a cap and disk is coupled to a downstream end of the stem. The disk extends radially from the stem at a location upstream of the outlet.
