Indicator structure and gas valve with indicator
A gas valve includes a body, a knob and a pin. The pin is connected to the knob and contacts the body. When the knob is rotated to drive the valve between a turn-off position and a turn-off position. The knob and the valve are threadedly co-rotated to change the distance of the knob relative to the body. When the knob and the valve are rotated to the turn-off position, the pin protrudes beyond the through hole. When the knob and the valve are rotated to the turn-on position, the pin does not protrude beyond the through hole. The users are acknowledged the gas valve is turned off or turned on by the position of the pin.
HANDLE CONNECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A process includes inserting a valve cartridge in a fitting of a yoke. The process also includes placing a ring around the fitting after inserting the valve cartridge in the fitting. The process also includes placing a nut around the fitting after placing the ring around the fitting. The process also includes threading the nut onto the fitting after placing the nut around the fitting. The process also includes tightening the nut against the ring. The process also includes pressing a handle onto the ring after tightening the nut against the ring.
Valve actuators principally for water-circulation systems of swimming pools or spas
Multi-position valve actuators principally for water-circulation systems of pools and spas are detailed. At least some actuators may indicate position of an associated valve in a non-electronic manner, as by using a handle visible externally of the actuator and directly or indirectly mechanically coupled to the valve so as to move therewith. Hence, even if power to an actuator is disrupted, positioning of the valve may be determined by viewing the handle.
Smart monocontrol cartridge for taps, smart monocontrol taps, smart management system and method for monocontrol taps
The present invention provides a smart monocontrol cartridge for taps, a smart tap that incorporates said cartridge, and a smart system that incorporates said tap, the monocontrol cartridge comprising a based with a lower end, an upper end for coupling to ceramic discs and an intermediate portion in which a recess is defined in which an electronic module is coupled that is configured to house indirect temperature detection means configured to detect the temperature in the mixed water channel and electronic means configured to calculate the real temperature in the mixed water channel based on an indirect temperature detection, the indirect temperature detection means being in data communication with the electronic means; and wherein a flexible cable is coupled between the electronic module and the cam.
Coupler for Use in a Closed Transfer System
A coupler for use in a closed transfer system is provided. The coupler includes a body with an axial slot, an outlet, and a probe that extends from a first end portion to a second end portion and at least partially received within the body, the probe configured to be movable relative to the body between a first position and a second position to selectively control the flow of fluid through the outlet. A handle is coupled to the probe and configured to interface with the axial slot, wherein the handle is configured to move axially along the axial slot to move the probe between the first position and the second position.
Sanitary faucet handle having multiple grasping regions
A sanitary water faucet handle has multiple levers, or grasping regions. Each lever includes an associated indicator, identifying whether the particular grasping region is intended for use in turning the faucet's water supply on, or off. The indicator may be in the form of indicia applied to a portion of at least one of the levers, a coloration of at least one of the levers, a variation in the relative length of at least one of the levers, or a variation of the height of at least one of the levers relative to a bottom surface of the handle. The handle is attachable to a conventional water valve, permitting the handle to be retrofitted as a replacement handle in existing faucet systems. A supplemental lever or grasping region may be attachable or releasably attachable to a preexisting lever of a faucet system. A powered faucet lever may be provided that reconfigures itself to automatically present one of two separate sets of grasping regions, depending upon whether the associated faucet is activated or deactivated.
VALVE, FITTING AND USE OF A VALVE
In a sanitary valve (1) having a push-push actuation mechanism (2), a cap interface (5) is provided between a cover cap (6) and an actuating element (3) having a higher rotational symmetry than a fitting interface (8) between the valve (1) and a fitting (9).
Three position check valves for use with vacuum jammed film envelopes
The present disclosure relates to a three-function check valve that in one embodiment is attached to a vacuum bladder full of media (foam beads). This three-function check valve is comprised of a selection piece, silicone membrane, and a mounting base all in one sub-assembly. Furthermore, this valve has three positions with three distinct functions. These functions are to create an airtight seal, allow for free flow in and out of the bladder, and restrict flow of air based on a differential pressure.
Reversible ball valve
An isolation valve has a reversible handle and multiple seals between the valve stem and valve housing. The handle includes a portion that engages a handle stop that is attached to the valve body. When the handle is reversed, the stop is moved to another handle stop opening in the valve body. Thus, the handle direction can be reversed without removal of the handle. A locking plate may be used with the isolation valve. The locking plate includes portions that engage a lock and the handle stop. When the handle direction is reversed, the locking plate can be rotated around the stem to engage the repositioned handle stop.
Keyed Valve Box
A valve box for accessing a utility valve, the valve box having a box housing with an inner surface and an outer surface. The outer surface may have a plurality of fins, and the inner surface may have a plurality of keyways configured to receive a plurality of keys. The inner surface may additionally have threading. The box housing may have an access opening in some embodiments, and the valve box may include a threaded valve box cover configured to be arranged over the access opening. In some embodiments, the box housing may have a plurality of modular rings. A valve box tool may have a driving portion, a valve box engaging portion, and a stem portion. The valve box engaging portion may have a plurality of keys configured to engage the plurality of keyways. The stem portion may be configured to extend between the driving portion and a valve.
