DEGRADABLE VALVE FOR AN ENDOSCOPE
Devices, systems, and methods for a valve assembly for a medical device. The valve has a cap, a stem which moves within a valve body, and a spring member between the cap and the valve body to move the valve within the body. The valve stem and/or spring member are made of a degradable material, which may be a metal. The degradable material has a higher degradation rate than conventional metal valve components to reduce the environmental impact of disposing of the valve.
Hydraulic valve
A hydraulic valve includes a valve housing, a valve cone, a spring housing, a check valve, a first hydraulic connection and a second hydraulic connection. The valve housing has a valve seat and the valve cone is movable in the valve housing between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the valve cone is in contact with the valve seat and blocks a first flow path between the first and the second hydraulic connection. In the open position, the valve cone is lifted off the valve seat and the first flow path is opened. A spring element is disposed in the spring housing, which biases the valve cone into the closed position. The check valve is disposed in the valve cone and opens a second flow path from the second hydraulic connection to the first hydraulic connection when pressure is applied to the second hydraulic connection.
FLOW PLATE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING FLOW OF A FLUID
A flow plate assembly for installation in a housing defines a flow axis of a fluid therethrough and has a flow plate portion. The assembly includes a cap having a cap surface and a cap opening having a cap opening diameter. The assembly further includes a spring having at least one spring opening configured to allow the fluid to flow therethrough. The assembly further includes a flow plate having a flow plate surface and a flow plate central opening having a flow plate central opening diameter that is less than the cap opening diameter and at least one flow plate outer opening that is disposed radially outside of the cap opening such that the fluid flows through the at least one flow plate outer opening upon compression of the spring and movement of the flow plate surface away from the cap surface.
Electric valve
The present disclosure provides an electric valve, including: a valve seat, the valve seat having an end surface and a slot; a valve body, a portion of the valve body penetrating in the valve seat, and another portion of the valve body protruding from the end surface; a coil portion sleeved over the valve body, the coil portion and the slot being respectively located on two sides of the end surface; and a connection portion, the connection portion including a connection member and a support member and a clamping member arranged on the connection member. The connection member is fixedly connected to the coil portion, the support member abuts against the end surface, and the clamping member is clamped with the slot.
Hydraulic check valve utilizing an ortho-planar spring
An orthoplanar spring for a hydraulic tensioner which has a flat, closed position, in which a flat center portion of the orthoplanar spring seals the inlet hole between the oil supply and the high pressure chamber of the tensioner and an open deformed position in which the flat center portion of the orthoplanar spring moves a distance to unseal the inlet hole such that fluid flows from the inlet supply through the openings in the orthoplanar spring and around the flat center portion to the high pressure chamber.
Excess flow valve and system
An excess flow valve (EFV) is disclosed that has an efficient and durable construction. The EFV is efficient in terms of both size and cost. It is durable partly due to a design with few parts and also because of optional all metal construction. In some embodiments, an intumescent material is included that expands to close off the valve by pressing the valve plug into sealing engagement with the valve seat and permanently stopping the flow of gas when a pressure differential or flow velocity threshold is exceeded.
ANTI-STATIC SPIRAL SPRING FOR VALVE
The disclosure relates to a spring for a rotating valve, having a spring body, wherein the spring body is coiled; an innermost section of the spring body, wherein the innermost section has an inner protuberance; an outermost section of the spring body, wherein the outermost section has an outer protuberance; wherein the spring is constructed of a conductive material and configured to remove electrostatic discharge from the rotating valve.
