BUNDLE OF PIPELINES AND SPACER FOR USE IN SUCH A BUNDLE OF PIPELINES
20220120360 · 2022-04-21 ·

A spacer (3), for mutually spacing apart a first and a second pipeline in a mutually parallel manner, has a first and a second side (31, 32) for abutting against the two respective pipelines. At least two tensioning straps, which are extending in first and second longitudinal ranges (41, 42), are fixing the spacer relative to the first pipeline. The second side (32) has, in the first and second longitudinal ranges, a second abutment structure (52) for abutting against the second pipeline. Furthermore, the second side has, in a first intermediate longitudinal range (61), a first recessed intermediate surface portion (71). Thanks to the first recessed intermediate surface portion, the portions of the spacer which are extending in the first longitudinal range and the second longitudinal range are, under influence of tensioning forces of the tensioning straps, to a larger extent independently resiliently compressible relative to one another. This improves the effectivity of the tensioning straps.

Systems and Methods for a Clamp

A clamp for supporting an electrical conductor on a structure and providing electrical continuity between the electrical conductor and the structure is provided. The clamp can include a mounting member with a through-hole and a strap, that can be configured to extend around the structure, coupled on one end to a first side of the mounting member and having a free end removably coupled to a second side of the mounting member. The clamp can include a clamping member with a through-hole and a main bolt extending through the through-holes of the mounting member and the clamping member. The main bolt can have a footer configured to contact the structure, which can be movable between a first configuration in which the footer is nested within a pocket of the mounting member and a second configuration in which at least a portion of the footer is positioned outside of the pocket.

PIPE CLAMP STRUCTURE
20210301846 · 2021-09-30 ·

A pipe clamp structure for claiming a pipe includes: a first cylindrical base having first and second end circular surfaces, a first cylindrical side surface provided with a first thread at an outside thereof, and a first U-shaped groove; a first movable member having a first end with a first movable U-shaped groove and a second end; and a first rotating member having a first cylindrical accommodating part provided with a second thread therein. The first movable U-shaped groove is coupled with the first cylindrical base to form a first clamping space for clamping the pipe. The first cylindrical accommodating part is sleeved at the outside of the first cylindrical side surface; and the first thread and the second thread are engaged with each other. The first clamping space is reduced to clamp the pipe when locking and becomes larger to loosen the pipe when loosening.

Stackable cable hanger with latching feature
10920910 · 2021-02-16 · ·

A stackable cable hanger for supporting bundles of communications cables with the center radius of the bundle spread over the opening of the cable hanger. The cable hanger includes a cable tray with an upward extending inner arm and an upward extending outer arm. A cable tray extends between the arms. An arcuate surface on the cable tray provides a gentle bend radius to any cable bundles laid on the tray. Arcuate transitions on lateral ends of the cable tray provide a curved transition between the tray and the arms. Mounting holes are on the top and bottom of the inner arm enable attachment of the hanger to a support surface and vertical stacking of multiple hangers to create multiple tiers of cable bundles. A tie down loop on the inner arm and on the outer arm enables closure of the hanger opening with a cable tie or similar closure device.
