Transport element support system
A transport element support system comprising a first portion, a second portion, and a channel formed by the first portion and the second portion. The first portion has a hinge pin and the second portion has a receiving element. The receiving element is configured to engage with the hinge pin to couple the first portion to the second portion. The channel is configured to receive a transport element when the first portion and the second portion are coupled to each other. The transport element support system electrically isolates the transport element from a support structure in an aircraft.
Pre-assembled pipe coupling with an insertion boundary for axial receipt of pipe ends
A pre-assembled pipe coupling (10) includes a gasket (200), a housing (12) surrounding the gasket, and a fastener (20). The housing has three segments sequentially coupled to each other to define an insertion boundary (11). A bridge segment (12c) has a first mount (18) extending lateral from the wall and having a plurality of first lateral walls defining a first aperture (22) and a second mount (18) having a plurality of second lateral walls defining a second aperture (22). A first clamp segment (12a) has a first hook (14) disposed in the first aperture. A second clamp segment (12b) has a second hook (14) disposed in the second aperture. The fastener is disposed through the first fastener aperture and the second fastener aperture. The fastener has an adjusted length at which the first clamp segment grips the gasket, and the second clamp segment grips the gasket to locate the first sealing lip and the second sealing lip within the insertion boundary.
PRE-ASSEMBLED PIPE COUPLING WITH MANUALLY MANIPULATABLE SEGMENTS
A pre-assembled pipe coupling includes a gasket, a housing surrounding the gasket, and a fastener. The housing has three segments sequentially coupled to each other to define an insertion boundary. A first segment includes a first mount extending lateral in a first direction from the wall and having a plurality of first lateral walls that define a first aperture, and a second mount extending laterally in a second direction from the wall, the second mount having a plurality of second lateral walls that define a second aperture. A second segment includes a first hook disposed in the first aperture and a first tab defining a first fastener aperture. A third segment includes a second hook disposed in the second aperture and a second tab defining a second fastener aperture. The fastener is disposed through the first fastener aperture and the second fastener aperture.
Reusable cable buckle assembly
A reusable cable buckle assembly includes a detachable connection cable buckle and a base, a bundle space is provided between the cable buckle and the base for bundle the cables. The cable buckle is a fixed type cable buckle or a movable type cable buckle. And the base is a fixed type base or a movable type base. The reusable cable buckle assembly realizes the opening or closing of the bundle space through the detachable connection of the cable buckle and the base, thereby realizes the reusable of the cable buckle, and greatly reducing the construction time and cost.
Device for retaining a line
A device for retaining a line includes an accommodating part having at least one line retaining portion and a bearing portion, and includes a closing part having a bearing portion. The closing part is mounted on the bearing portion of the accommodating part such that it can be rotated via its bearing portion. The closing part can be adjusted between an open position, in which it frees the at least one retaining portion, and a closed position, in which it closes the at least one retaining portion. The bearing portion of the accommodating part forms a through-opening enclosed by a bearing-portion wall, and the bearing portion of the closing part forms a through-opening enclosed by a bearing-portion wall. The bearing-portion wall of the accommodating part engages through the through-opening of the closing part, and the bearing-portion wall of the closing part engages through the through-opening of the accommodating part.
Pipeline insulated remediation system and installation method
The presently disclosed technology is directed toward the removal of plugs in a pipeline segment by installing one or more clamping devices onto a pipeline. The clamping device will have the ability to access the inside of the pipeline segment and inject media designed to dissolve the plug.
CLAMP ASSEMBLY
A method and apparatus for securing a bundle of wires to a surface via a clamp assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a clamp, such as a P-clamp, that may be mounted to a support before installing a bundle of wires. The clamp includes first and second clamp members that cooperate to form an opening through which the wire bundle extends. The first and second clamp members may be engaged with and disengaged from one another without a tool. In some embodiments, the P-clamp includes a snap-in mechanism with a clip and a corresponding housing. In some embodiments, the clamp includes an inner cushion that allows the clamp to accommodate a range of wire bundle diameters.
Interlocking pipe support
An interlocking pipe support includes a first interlocking bracket configured to interlock with a second interlocking bracket, wherein the first and second interlocking brackets are moveable between a first interlocking position in which they are configured to partially surround an exterior of a pipe, and a second interlocking position in which they impose a clamping load on the exterior of the pipe.
Easy lock P-clamp
A clamp assembly for securing wire bundles to a structure having a body and a strap hinged to the body having an axis of rotation. The body has a ramp with a surface and has a latch wall portion. The strap has a locking wall portion wherein a radial distance from the surface to the axis of rotation decreases as the surface extends in a direction away from the strap such that with the strap in contact with the surface and slid along in contact with the surface, the strap resiliently bends in a direction toward the a first end of the strap. With the strap moved beyond the surface, the strap resiliently bends in a direction away from the first end of the strap, placing the locking wall portion in abutting relationship with the latch wall portion and positioning the strap and the body in a closed locked position.
