A bracket of a unitary construction and being of a substantial U-shape having a first elongate section and opposed extension sections extending from opposed free ends of said elongate section, and at an angle to the plane of said elongate section, the arrangement including a slot which extends across at least part of said elongate section and at least part of one of said extension sections.

A clamp for fastening an object in the form of a tube or hose, having an elongate clamp strap at each of the ends of which there is provided a radially outwardly projecting fastening leg, and having a rubber profile which is provided on the radial inner face of the clamp strap and which at least partially engages around each of the edges of the clamp strap by way of a lip. A method and assembly for mounting a conduit on a mounting surface utilizing a conduit mounting assembly. The conduit mounting assembly includes a first clamp portion, a second clamp portion, a connecting screw and a conduit securement screw. The method includes providing the conduit mounting assembly, mounting the first clamp portion on a tile, mounting the second clamp portion opposite to the first clamp portion on the tile, connecting the first clamp portion with the second clamp portion utilizing the connecting screw and mounting the conduit on the second clamp portion utilizing the conduit securement screw and a conduit fastening member.

A support assembly may include a support structure and a P-clamp attached to the support structure. The P-clamp may include a clamp body defining an opening, a mounting base structured and arranged to engage the support structure, and a connecting section interconnecting the clamp body and the mounting base. The P-clamp may be arranged in an inverted upright position where the mounting base is attached to the support structure underneath the clamp body relative to a direction of gravity. The P-clamp may yield at the connecting section upon an application of a load for to the clamp body that is equal to or greater than a predetermined applied load three threshold. The pipe support further includes a saddle formed in the upper support surface, the saddle recessed within the support surface to support a pipe therein. The saddle includes a first end and an opposed second end such that at least one of the first end or the second end angularly extends toward the base member.
