20190219203 · 2019-07-18 ·

A fluid connection apparatus, in which a carrier body and washer configuration are overmolded together, is configured for use in a fluid transfer assembly. The carrier body may be generally U-shaped, having two substantially parallel portions connected by a bridging portion. Each substantially parallel portion of the fluid connection apparatus includes a washer configuration including one or more washers. The fluid connection apparatus may be used to connect a fluid line fitting in the form of a fluid line fitting to an apparatus intended to provide or receive fluid through the fluid line, using a connector having a fluid passage formed therein. The fluid line fitting is placed between the two substantially parallel portions, and a connector having a fluid passage formed therein is inserted through one side of the fluid connection apparatus, through the fluid line fitting, and through the other side of the fluid connection apparatus. The fluid connection apparatus may include stabilizing features, such as ribs in the bridging portion or enlarged radii, to protect against distortion and breakage.

Hydraulic assembly, in particular for braking systems or hydraulic actuating circuits of devices, in the motor vehicle and motorcycle sector
12043231 · 2024-07-23 · ·

A hydraulic assembly has a hydraulic unit having a hydraulic unit body, in which a delivery channel is formed, the hydraulic unit body having a hydraulic unit body base, in which an inlet mouth is formed. The hydraulic assembly has a connection having a feed pipe for receiving a hydraulic fluid and an eyelet for outputting the hydraulic fluid, the eyelet delimiting an eyelet hole and having an upper eyelet sealing surface and a lower eyelet sealing surface. The hydraulic assembly has a pipe union having a hollow cylindrical body for receiving the hydraulic fluid from the eyelet and introducing the hydraulic fluid into the delivery channel and a pipe union head, an upper gasket and a lower gasket. The connection has a shoulder having a lower projection not interfering with the lower gasket. The connection is coupled in a fail-proof manner to the hydraulic unit, preventing the hydraulic unit from rotating during assembly and use.

Hydraulic rotary manifold

A hydraulic rotary manifold has a core manifold having a barrel and a rotatable spindle inserted in the barrel. The core manifold is common to a variety of different configurations involving removable spindle-mounted and barrel-mounted manifolds, which may be removably mounted on the core manifold and exchanged for other removable manifolds to provide different hydraulic fluid flow paths in the rotary manifold using the common core manifold. The rotary manifold permits retrofitting a secondary fluid flow path to use a secondary fluid in conjunction with a work tool mounted on the rotary manifold. The rotary manifold permits mounting a rotary position encoder on a barrel-side of the rotary manifold permitting the use of the common core manifold when a rotary position encoder is desired. Electronically actuated cartridge valves may be integrated into the core manifold and/or removable manifolds to provide further customization of the hydraulic fluid flow paths in the rotary manifold and/or to provide cross-over relief paths within the rotary manifold itself.

Swivel joint with hydraulic position signal

A swivel joint including a pivot provided with a longitudinal axis; and a seating concentric to the pivot and in which the pivot is sealedly rotatable. The pivot includes an inlet conduit, a signal conduit, and a discharge conduit. The swivel joint further includes a connecting device, structured so as to assume a first configuration, in which it closes the inlet conduit and places the signal conduit in communication with the discharge conduit, and a second configuration, in which it places the inlet conduit in communication with the signal conduit and closes the discharge conduit. The connecting device is further structured so as to move between the first configuration and the second configuration following the rotation of the pivot with respect to the seating over a predetermined angle starting from an initial position.

BLOCK FOR FLUID CONVEYANCE DEVICE
20180112781 · 2018-04-26 ·

A block for a fluid conveyance device (e.g. a hydraulic pump or motor) has a spindle mountable on an outlet face of a housing of the device. The spindle has a spindle fluid conduit in fluid communication with a housing outlet on the outlet face of the housing. A barrel is mounted on the spindle, the barrel having a barrel fluid conduit in fluid communication with the spindle fluid conduit. The barrel fluid conduit has a fluid outlet port oriented at an angle in a range of about 10-170 with respect to direction of fluid flow from the housing into the spindle fluid conduit. The barrel may be mounted on the spindle in a plurality of configurations, the fluid outlet port pointing in a different direction in each configuration of the barrel. The block provides the ability to direct hoses to a desired location while reducing the likelihood of failure of any given fitting on the device.
