PIPE FITTING
Provided is a pipe fitting, which is capable of preventing unintended release of a connection between pipes due to an external manipulation and is capable of releasing the connection between the pipes when necessary. This pipe fitting has a housing, a first retainer, and a second retainer. The first retainer has first elastic pieces as well as being slidably disposed inside the housing and being configured so that when the first retainer is located on the connecting section side of the housing, the first elastic pieces are expandable and when the first retainer is located on the inserting section side of the housing, expansion of the first elastic pieces is restricted. An operating pipe section, which can be held at the connecting section end only through an opening in the connecting section of the housing is provided on the second retainer.
COLLET SECURING DEVICE FOR JOINING TWO FLUID LINES AND PROVIDING LATERAL SUPPORT AT THE CONNECTION OF THE TWO FLUID LINES
A fluid line support system includes a fluid line and a collet having an insertion end and a thickened portion having a biased end. A fluid valve has a valve aperture that receives the insertion end of the collet. A collet securing device has a fluid line portion that engages the wall of the fluid line, wherein at least the fluid line portion encircles the wall and is slidably engaged with the wall to define a loose position and a securing position. A collet portion of the collet securing device engages the retaining portion of the fluid valve when in the securing position. When in the securing position, the fluid line portion engages the biased end of the collet, wherein the fluid line and collet portions bias the retaining portion and biased end toward one another such that the insertion end is positioned at a final insertion depth.
Close coupled fluid processing system
A close coupled processing system may include a fluid processing system for producing frac fluid for frac operations, a fluid distribution system for distributing the frac fluid to a plurality of pressurization units, and a large bore fluid connection connecting the fluid processing system and the fluid distribution system.
Mechanical joint restraint
A mechanical joint restraint can include a one-piece, elastic gasket defining an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a bore, the bore defining an axis therethrough, the gasket defining a first gasket end and a second gasket end, the gasket including: a main body positioned between the first gasket end and the second gasket end; a first stop lip extending radially inward from the main body with respect to the axis of the gasket, the first stop lip defining a first lip height; a gland positioned axially outward from the main body of the gasket with respect to the first gasket end with the mechanical joint restraint in an assembled condition; and a gripping ring positioned adjacent to at least one of the gasket and the gland.
SANITARY CLAMP DEVICE
A sanitary clamp device is disclosed and includes two half-ring components, a locking component and a cylindrical handle. The two half-ring components are connected through an adapter component and allowed to rotate around the adapter component so that locked ends of the two half-ring components engage with each other to releasably connect two sanitary fittings therebetween. The locking component is spatially corresponding to the locked ends of the two half-ring components. The locking end of the locking component is connected to the locked ends of the two half-ring components. The operating end is cooperated with a rotating locking component to lock or unlock the two half-ring components through the locking ends. The cylindrical handle runs through the operating end of the locking component. The cylindrical handle allows sliding relative to the operating end to adjust a force-arm length defined from one end of the cylindrical handle to the operating end.
