CONNECTOR ASSEMBLIES, FLUID SYSTEMS INCLUDING CONNECTOR ASSEMBLIES, AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING FLUID CONNECTIONS
Connector assemblies, connector bodies, fluid systems including connector assemblies, and procedures for making fluid connections are disclosed.
DEVICE FOR CONNECTING PNEUMATIC TOOLS TO A MANIPULATOR
A device for connecting pneumatic tools to a manipulator is described. The device includes a main body fixable to a manipulator and provided with seats for corresponding coupling portions of a tool, at least one duct for feeding or suctioning a working fluid to/from the tool, the duct extends in the main body, and an engaging mechanism to engage to tool. The engaging mechanism is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position in order to respectively prevent or allow the detachment of the tool. Advantageously, the engaging mechanism further acts as a valve for opening and closing the duct and is provided with a vent to the atmosphere through which the pressure of the working fluid in the tool is automatically brought to the atmospheric pressure when the engaging mechanism is in the unlocked position.

VENT TUBE FOR BOTTLING MACHINE AND RELATED METHODS
A gas stem assembly comprising a vent tube having at least one protrusion extending in a radial direction, a receiver having a hole through which the vent tube extends and having at least one mating recess configured to interact with the at least one protrusion, and a spring configured to bias the at least one protrusion toward the receiver.
System and Method of Releasably Connecting Pipe Sections
A pipe fitting system, including a first pipe section with at least one male end, a second pipe section with at least one female end, and a connecting means for releasably connecting the pipe sections together such that the male end is at least partially received within the female end. The connecting means comprising releasably engageable first and second connectors associated with the first and second pipe sections respectively, wherein the first connector comprises at least one outwardly extending protrusion and wherein the second connector comprises corresponding recesses adapted to releasably receive the or each protrusion of the first connector. The pipe fitting system is suitable for applications such as end of line connections, repair/replacement of fixed existing pipes, and in enabling temporary removal of pipes for maintenance or access purposes.

Device For Connecting Two Tubular Objects
A device for connecting two tubular objects has a connection piece housing and a sleeve-like element. The connection piece housing having a sleeve portion with an insertion opening and with at least one radially continuous cut-out. The sleeve-like element being complementary to the insertion opening for insertion into the insertion opening. The sleeve portion having at least one first engagement element and the sleeve-like element having at least one second engagement element, which mutually correspond in order to lock the sleeve-like element in the sleeve portion and which can be moved from an open relative position into a locked relative position.

Connector for surgical handpiece
A surgical handpiece nosecone having an end overmold portion and/or an internal overmold portion. The end overmold portion is located at an end of the nosecone and compressed between the surgical handpiece housing and nosecone. The internal overmold portion is positioned radially about the nosecone on the inner surface to provide a fluid tight seal that prevents ingress of irrigation fluid into the housing.
Connector for circuit elements
A connector for circuit elements of hydraulic or pneumatic systems, comprising: a first connecting body (10) extending along an axis (X); a second connecting body (20) extending along an axis (Y); wherein the first connecting body (10) and the second connecting body (20) can be installed on respective portions of circuit elements and are configured to provide a reversible fluid connection between the circuit elements in which the connector comprises: a first coupling member comprising a male tubular portion on the first connecting body (10) and a respective female tubular portion (23) on the second connecting body (20) to realize a fluid sealing connection by inserting the male tubular portion into a cavity of the female tubular portion (23) configured to guide the male tubular portion; a second coupling member comprising at least one protuberance (14) on an outer surface (11) of the first connecting body (10) and a respective groove (24) on the second connecting body (20) for making a mechanical reversible connection between the first connecting body (10) and the second connecting body (20) in which the protuberance (14) is configured to fit into the groove (24) and prevent an axial extraction between the first connecting body (10) and the second connecting body (20); a third coupling member comprising on the first connecting body (10) at least one flexible tab (15) having a projection (16) on the outer surface (11) and an opening on an external surface (21) of the second connecting body (20) suitable to contain the projection (16) to prevent a relative rotation between the first connecting body (10) and the second connecting body (20) around the respective development axes (X, Y).
