Fluid liner wear indicator for suction manifold of reciprocating pump assembly

A manifold through which a fluid is adapted to flow. The manifold includes an elongated member at least partially defining a fluid chamber through which the fluid is adapted to flow, a longitudinal axis, and an interior surface; a fluid liner disposed within the fluid chamber and adapted to dynamically respond to pressure fluctuations within the fluid chamber as the fluid flows therethrough; and a wear indicator positioned radially between the interior surface of the elongated member and the longitudinal axis. The fluid liner is subject to wear and/or erosion due to the flow of the fluid therethrough and/or the dynamic response of the fluid liner to the pressure fluctuations within the fluid chamber. The wear indicator is adapted to indicate the degree to which the fluid liner has been subjected to the wear and/or erosion.

Pulsation damper suitable for hygienic processing lines

A pulsation damper configured to reduce pressure peaks in a pipe system. The pulsation damper comprises an elastic pipe section arranged to be in a small volume state or a large volume state. A first volume held in the elastic pipe section in the large volume state is greater than a second volume held in the elastic pipe section in the small volume state. The elastic pipe section has an elliptical cross section in the small volume state. A ratio between a major axis and a minor axis of the elastic pipe section is in the range 1,05 to 10,0, such as 1,1 to 1,5.

Dampening device

This dampening device comprises a body defining a chamber and presenting at least one orifice intended for the inlet and the outlet of the fluid in the chamber. The dampening device further comprises i) a dampening member located in the chamber and comprising at least one foam with closed cells, and ii) a holding member configured to hold the dampening member in place. The dampening device being characterized in that at least one foam has a porosity comprised between 50% and 98%.

Fluid silencer

A fluid silencer includes: an expansion pipe disposed on a pipe through which a fluid containing noise sources flows and having an accommodation space therein; a viscous fluid received in the accommodation space; a noise introducing member disposed between the pipe and the expansion pipe to seal the accommodation space and allowing the noise sources to be introduced into the accommodation space therethrough; at least one partition member disposed in the accommodation space and dividing the accommodation space in a flow direction of the fluid; multiple baffle members disposed on one surface of the partition member and forming multiple sound absorbing spaces into which the noise sources introduced into the accommodation space are dispersedly introduced; and an elastic member disposed between the partition member and the baffle members and contracted/expanded by the viscous fluid entering/leaving the sound absorbing spaces as the noise sources are introduced into the sound absorbing spaces.
